Loved the 50’s theme. Awesome service! I had the HOLLY HOP SWEET BLT and it was bomb!! Sunday dessert was fantastic. We’re from Wichita Kansas and definitely would recommend coming here! Oh, not to mention they have glass bottled coke with real sugar!!

I have seen this ice-cream place for a while and finally decided to try them out. It has a very fun family oriented atmosphere, and the workers are very nice and helpful. They have all of different options and I enjoyed everything i got. The one thing I didn’t like is when I ordered 2 milkshakes, a single scoop and one double scoop cups. They did the cups before the milkshakes. So by the time my milkshakes were done the scoops were almost fully melted. Overall though a great experience.

We love coming to this place when we come to Lubbock. We’ve been bringing our kids here since they were little and now that they’re grown we meet up here. The food is really food and the atmosphere is very classic 1950’s style. The staff is super cordial and the ice cream shakes are amazing. They have a nice size variety of ice cream and they also make old fashioned sodas. I had the old fashioned root beer soda and was not disappointed at all.

Oh, let me tell you what! Their icecream is really good. So delicious and creamy. I had the fresh peach and birthday cake. Both were great. The theme and decor were awesome. This is a must if you visit Lubbock.

This is a lovely shop for snacks and treats, with top notch service, ice cream, and truly loaded hot dogs. They still have the feel of classic ice cream shops, with the time’s decor, and music by Buddy Holly and others from the era.

I love this place, it reminds me of an drugstore/ ice-cream parlor back home growing up. You don’t get a lot of ice-cream parlors that still use the soda fountain the old fashioned way like here anymore, only a few exist in the country. If you are a fan of the 1950s please give this place a go, you will not be disappointed.

The name is very catchy what a great name for an ice cream shop especially in Holly country. If I owned a ice cream shop I would make sure the ice cream was real. I would also insure that all the booths were wiped down everyday after every customer and the walls “the doors and the windows and the countertops” bathroom actually was cleaner then where I sit and ate mediocre ice cream. I’m from out of state I wanted to go somewhere’s memorable. As for the price it was super affordable I guess you get what you pay for. The potential for this place would be if under unstoppable if under the right management.
