Slow to take you order.But quick to make it and the remix drink machine is usually stock with all the flavors rearly is out. if you like remixes. Food standard fair for wendy’s , but I go for the drink machine. Restaurant is clean every time i’ve dined there. While the drive threw stays packed. The Restaurant is mosty empty so it’s quiet space to be alone. Staff is friendly. They’ll slow to take your order/ money. On the other hand they are ridiculously quick to send your food.

I have came twice in the last two weeks each time my experience was lousy the first time not only was the cashier attitude with the pink braids nasty , she was cutting me off and just plain rude but she wrung my order incorrectly. That food was cold and I did not receive my entire order which made me have to come in the establishment to retrieve it. In my opinion if your attitude is nasty get my order right. I then returned on another occasion and sat in the drive in 8 minutes with no acknowledgment or even asking me to hold a moment. Clearly they need a better staff and management needs to train better sorry not sorry.

First they gave my food away to another person. I spent 29 on food. The manager shrugs her shoulders like what ever, the cashier hides because my food was given to the wrong person. She says they are making fresh food, lies, the burgers was burnt the fries was cold, the nuggets weren’t edible for my dog. The meat on the burgers was so hard my fiance almost lost tooth. Im calling corporate tomorrow. I want a refund. Im never going here again. Id rather drive to the one on Cobb pkwy. Honestly I was afraid to eat the food they had such nasty attitudes about remaking it.

The people who work here are BEYOND rude. They take very long to take an order in the drive thru. The manager was unprofessional. The manager communicated the employees names were quack quack and Keke. They were quite possibly the worst customer service workers I’ve ever encountered. If you don’t want to wait 30 minutes to order nor sit in line for them to be out of half the menu items don’t go to this location.

This Wendy’s was probably one of the worst I visited. It was lunch time and the line was wrapped around the building so I opted to go inside. I ordered the pretzel burger meal which took about 20 minutes to Come out. The facility was not clean with dirty tables and used cups in random places. I took my order when they called my name ready to eat. It was someone else’s order of just a regular burger. I was beyond upset but had already exceeded my lunch break so I couldn’t go back. I won’t be back to this Wendy’s.

Every morning this Wendy’s that’s on cascade never opens on time I really think you guys should change the opening time.. the breakfast menu isn’t even up and it’s 7am like this is every morning it’s literally employees sitting down inside. I would not recommend stopping by unless you would like to waste gas and be disappointed

These people at this Wendy’s was not very nice. I asked them for a 10-piece, freshly cooked, chicken nugget. They got offended because I asked him to cook it fresh. Check out the pictures on how it was served in the bag. They threw it in the bag, threw in napkins and threw it at me out the window. I hope the owner or the corporate store read this post

Imma make this short and simple . We went to the Wendy’s off the bat already had red flag when they first couldn’t get my order right then perceived to give me two drinks that i didn’t ask for but on top of that there was a literal hair in the frosty. Never again going there save the time and money and go somewhere else

I’ve been here 2x. My orders were correct. Fries weren’t hot but they happily replaced them. The manager on duty was friendly to me as well.
