The staff is the highlight of the place. You can tell they take pride of their work – food is good, has oat creamer (!), place is clean! Our server is kind, patient w my parents. Dare I say music is good (if you’re into 80-90s tunes). Parking is super easy. We came on a Thursday. I know weekends get busy. A nice out w my parents.

We went on Sunday morning, it was pretty packed but worth the wait. Our server Dulce was wonderful. Coffee was hot and fresh, we had chicken fajita omelettes with pancakes and fresh fruit on the side. Great place to bring the family!

Very very greasy, the food I usually order is the same,(eggs pancakes hash browns etc.) and even though it is always greasy it is a tolerable grease BUT this time the food were dripping with grease sometimes it is less greasy but this time my online order was SUPER super greasy!!!
Very unsatisfied. I ate it because I was starving but come one Ihop. Ihop lowered their standards and quality.

Horrible service!!! I like this restaurant, but when I came to the one in El Cerrito city san Pablo St. It was bad services. I ordered 2 avocado toast to go when I took it home. I opened the box I saw there were tiny avocado slices in the middle. In other cities, they cover the whole toast with avocado. I don’t know why they do that!!!!
I called them, and they apologized and told me to bring it back to make another one. I went there and I waited 15 minutes they gave me another one, but worse, the avocado was black, I think they did the same avocado that I returned it.
And the toasted slice is not toast enough too.

First IHOP experience, the staff are nice and friendly, place is quite busy too but we got a booth that fit the 6 of us. It’s a good place for a quick and simple breakfast! Not bad and nice to try it once 🙂 It could be a bit more cleaner here though ! Also you need a code to get into the toilet so need to ask your waiter for that. Also free parking out front! Yay
