I was here Saturday 12.6.25. Me and my child. Whoever made the sweet tea that day, should make it all the time. We were there in the mid-day. All you got to do is add some ice to dilute it a tad, but other than that; heck yeah. They were clean and it was quiet. It’s in the area of little five points, so to me it’s cool. They didn’t have the screw face when I asked for fresh nuggets and stuff. FYI, they may be the only ones that brew their own tea, the other ones have been using the already made kind. I prefer it being made, but by a person that knows how to make sweet tea and cares about how it actually tastes. If you drink Sweet tea or have made it from just tea bags and water; you know what I am talking about.
All around good visit, I think me and my baby have stoped by here a few times and they have been on point. It can get hectic over this way cause all the motion and the traffic, but other than that, I like this one.

They put some heavy mayonnaise on my food and label it without it. But when I went in cause we were in drive thru the manager was so nice about it. They fixed it and I was able to keep the other one. But I gave it to my child when they got home from school cause I don’t believe in throwing food away. Thank you God.

It’s Wendys…and they still have good food… but good luck getting it prepared like the pictures the baconator may as well be a junior bacon cheeseburger order save your money they ain’t got the bacon in stock. Or they ain’t training people. Lack of consistency and wasting precious morning minutes is a complete turn off. This location has sponsored my event so I try to eat here Always. I’m not up for the disrespect of my meal though. The frosties weren’t even free that they gave us for the sponsorship so why did I even mention that like it was a real thing…
Do better Wendy’s and this bag with the remarks saying it’s nothing Happy about this meal is Completely right. May I rest in ten pieces….I guess weird branding and even weirder service Wendy’s is disappointing me big time. Y’all are supposed to be the best of all fast food. Bruh the sausage was Burnt Too. Just whack

Horrible just horrible but it’s Wednesday not Wendy now you get what you get. On this fine Tuesday morning. I was indeed served, as the bag says, a meal of Misfortune which was Torture in a bag. Who did this Branding it’s pure genius as it relates to the experience.

This was an exceptionally poor experience. We made an order and we were given a price and then when we got to the window we were given a lower price. When we asked why it changed they said it didn’t change. Then I asked them to list the order out again and we found two items were just taken off because they dont have them. This is fine but why lie? Then they handed us the food and closer the window. We waited for about 6 minutes for them to hand us a drink after that with a line of people behind us. The food we got was pretty alright, nothing special compared to all the options in the area. I have had much better Wendys.

I’m think this shrimp or some type of shellfish that was in the bag with my food. I’m pretty sure it isn’t on the menu. But I allergic to shell fish so I threw the French Toast sticks away so not to risk it. Is there not place where employees eat their own food?

This is the worse restaurant ever. They are never open on time and for like the last 3 times that I was forced to go through drive thru but the doors were still locked at 10am. It’s just a shame. And the level of customer service is non-existent. I mean going through drive thru from the order screen to the pick up window took almost 12 minutes and then it was another 8 minutes to get my order especially when I got to the window I had to reorder the number 1 breakfast combo add cheese and onions and needles true to when I got to work I had no cheese and no onions. I will never visit this location ever again. I am the type that usually eat from Wendy’s breakfast lunch and dinner but now I don’t know anymore.

This Wendy’s is TERRIBLE i’ve been in the drive-through line trying to pick up my Uber eats order for over 30 minutes now the lady in the window has a disgusting attitude and she’s trying to tell me someone already picked up the order, but I’ve spoken with the customer multiple times and he’s telling me that he has not received his order. He still waiting on me. He sees me on his app. These people have had me waiting in this line for over 30 minutes. I am so upset right now and then to have an attitude, but when I pulled up to the window, they were laughing and having a good time And argued with me I had to argue with them to get them to remake the Uber eats order. I am just so I pray to God I never have to come back to this Wendy’s again.

I haven’t been to a Wendy’s since they closed the one in Buckhead Crossing..Yeah Long Time..I was overdue..I got my regular big bacon classic..and everything was good…Service was a little slow with not that many customers there?.. but I shall return
