Have been through here two times the first time I had them remake it the second time I didn’t have time, but I feel like this is the only location to where there’s no actual Reesie’s chunks and it is blended into nothing literally taste like Reesie‘s flavor ice cream without any of the chunks

The exceedingly rude lady at the drive through should be fired. I think she was intentionally getting our order wrong? I spoke our order 5 times to her before it was right and then when we got to the window it still was not right. Asked to speak to a manager. Either one was not available or she was lying to cover her self. Won’t be back. Name on our receipt was Alexis. She was a small bitter dark haired wrench. Should not be in hospitality. Took it to a new low.

I ordered jumbo popcorn chicken, didn’t realize the sauce came on it, but it was super delicious. Hot and fresh. Tots are delicious, crispy and perfect. Kiddo loved her chicken tenders and fries.
Only downfall, we pulled up to the outer ordering part, sat there for a few minutes deciding what we wanted then pushed the button after a few moments we were told all the outer ordering was closed, they should probably block them off if/when they’re going to be closed so people know especially when the inner ones are full.

Ordered door dash, got two smash burgers, a chili dog, and lemonade. First tried the chili dog, I’ve never had one this good ever. Spilt a little chili so I put some on the burger, and it makes it taste Soo much better!!

I wouldn’t recommend the breakfast burrito at night the French toast sticks was ok though they tasted like garlicky, the milk shake and sonic blast was good though.

Do better. Worst customer service. Trying to explain my order and getting talked over not once, not twice, but three times! Couldn’t even get a word out and not only was the lady talking over me but she had an attitude for what? I drove off and was just very disappointed with whoever helped me. Hadn’t been to sonic in quite some time and just thought I’d give it another shot, bad choice.

All stalls are out of order, and drive thru was slow and long. Used the app to order and it still took just over 10 minutes after just ordering a drink. It might have been a bad day and terribly under staffed.

No door dash cup seal on my cup, how do I know it wasn’t tampered with now? Made my experience horrendous, because why? Especially in this day and age! I’ve been working food for 20 years and I know doordash sends those cup stickers. And as a ex sonic Employee, do better. Smh.
