This burger is insane! I’m not really sure why this location has such a low review rating, but I ordered, received my food burger within 60 seconds, and opened the wrapper to the best Dave’s single I’ve laid my taste buds on!!!

Every time I go the food is old & cold . It’s close so I keep trying for convenience but this time I walked in with my baby & the customer service was good but the food was old . The chicken sandwich was hard as a brick , fries was cold . I just realized when I pulled off . I’ve had multiple experiences rather night or day where I had to repeatedly ask for fresh food . They kept giving me old food until the 3rd time I asked . Imagine spending your last on food just for your hard earned money not to be respected.I DONT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION

Every time I go to this Wendy’s and order something other than a biggie bag the order looks disgusting… this is not what the spicy chicken looks like man it’s supposed to have lettuce and look somewhat appetizing… I could have made this at home if I didn’t want toppings. Then when you go and ask for a refund they fight you about the refund. Why can’t Wendy’s in my neighborhood be the same as the ones in the nice neighborhoods

The cashier was friendly, the food was good except for the cold fries that Wendy’s seem to pride itself for. There is a wide variety of drink selection. Only issue was the cleanliness of the restaurant. All the empty tables (inside and outside) were dirty and the floor was littered with trash. Surprisingly the bathroom was really clean. Overall I’ll give it 7 out of 10 points

My son wanted to try the new ‘Wednesday’ meal that they are promoting. The menu board shows two flavors of shakes but you only have their choice of this bloody looking Frosty with this super sweet cherry stuff in it.
It’s disgusting!
We could not choose the chocolate one he wanted and their service was so rude and unprofessional.
The guy that took my money said that he was going to give me $3 off with some promotion that they had then said oh never mind, it’s not working. After he took my money he said oh there it goes and took nothing off.
The young lady that gave me my meal acted as though she was doing me a favor.
When I say at the window waiting to ask her for the sauces and a straw and napkins that should have been in the bag, she acted irritated. She never said a word.
It’s been almost a year since I’ve ordered at this place because of that type of behavior.
I will never go back again…

Food is always fresh and hot. I only come for breakfast though lol that number 1, with the croissant, maple bacon chicken egg sandwich is to die for. Mainly because its fresh. Ever eat a piece of burnt dry chicken where no meat is left in it??? Not at this location! Oh and its Card only so…prepare for that. (That burnt picture is from stone mountain/south Hairston location)

Disgusting, nasty, unclean dining room, burger missing tomato lettuce wilted, trash in dining area, and bathroom. Tables unclean. Every other visit is clean or disgusting. I don’t trust the food.

Just bit into my jr.bacon cheeseburger to find some sort of wrapper in between the ingredients.Not sure how inedible things end up between a burger but avoid this place if that information bothers you.

OK this place needs more employees. This review is for the owner and none of the staff. It took almost 30min to get my food. Everyone working here I could tell were overworked and stressed. There was line and people were getting frustrated because of how long everyone was waiting. Some of the employees also worked overtime and where supposed to go home hours ago. The employees were so kind and were working so hard to satisfy everyones needs. Because of the lack of employees the floor was sticky and slippery everywhere. And it was pretty dirty. Flies were all over my food and legs. Just not a comfortable place to sit down and eat my food. Again not the employees fault because they didn’t even have room to breath because of how many people were in the Wendy’s. So to the owner. HIRE MORE PEOPLE!!!
