If i could give less than 1 star I would. This location continually has messed up orders. I have reported it once before, but today was a fiasco! After having to argue about my order thats recorded on my Wells Fargo banking app, they finally agreed to redo it. MY order from the day before was not my order. I called them exactly 7 times before i finally got someone on the 2nd shift that said i needed to call today. I call and speak with Beatrice who says come on up here. I do and she tells me she can only fix 1 thing. Not acceptable. Then she says didnt I fix a order for you before, Yes you did because it was wrong! I had reciepts for it, but evidently if you get more than 1 order wrong they take offence to your complaint.
Back to today the replaced the order but everything was thrown in the bag, nothing done as I paid extra for, and nothing done as requested. But the big deal is as my mentally disabled daughter picked up the bags, the ” manager” Beatrice told her ” Dont come back!” This wiĺl be the last time we do come back. And if the owner reads this please reach out to me because You were very respectful and nice to me at the Hampton where I was the night audit and i remember you saying you had plans to make this place lovely. Well please check with your staff because besides being rude, and argumentive, they also are slovenly attired and had not cleaned the dining room tables when i was there waiting 37 min for my redo order that i was treated like a bumm for!

Supposedly 6 pcs. and it’s not even 5. Maybe 4 and a quarter? The large fries aren’t even full. The tables inside are dirty and sticky.

Looks newly renovated, employees are super friendly and nice, place is keep very clean and looking amazing, they have a play structure and also have touch screens with games at the tables for the children. By far one of the best McDonald’s I’ve been too!

They are so slow and they never pay attention to customers at the front counter. Service members are so rude. I don’t understand why ya’ll put up with this crap and plus my order seems to be wrong a lot then they want me to drive back every time it’s wrong! Also my wife was door dashing and got a run asked a female manager tonight at 7:47 on 01/15/2026 and the manager completely ignored her while an employee told her that the manager was having a bad night. Who cares if you’re having a bad night you’re a manager! Be professional! They need new training ASAP!

Don’t waste your money on this sorry excuse for a business. Their communication with customers is awful. Their customer service is horrible. And you will never get what you order. The last three times I was there, i placed my order in the mobile app. I did not receive what I ordered because “they were out.” No communication about the items being out of stock from the associates. They don’t ask what you would like instead, they just bring you whatever they feel like without caring about the price differences in the items they give. I’ve complained to a manager about this three different times, and every time, it’s the same situation. Do better, Altus.

9/10 your order will be wrong or missing items. Staff can’t be bothered to do their jobs, and when they do they act like they would rather be doing anything else but what they are literally getting paid to do. The food is fine, about what you’d expect from McDonalds, but the customer service is severely lacking

Went into the lobby and waited at the register for 2 minutes no one came, so I used the kiosk which is out of paper to give to the cashier to pay in cash. After someone came to check out and take my money and re-enter my order I took a seat and waited 5 to 7 minutes for my burger. It arrived plain so I took it back, the manager came back with a new burger in less than a minute. The meat patties was warm, the cheese was ice cold, and and the bun was hard enough to play hockey with. Last time I will give them any more of my money.
