The manager on tonight’s shift was absolutely rude, incompetent, & inconsiderate. 1/2 of the menu was not available neither was the customer service. If you’d like to ask any questions to the manager Jayda , Jada, or Jaida she well slam the door and you and lock it while talking crazy in from of her employees . This furthers the culture of bad customer service at local fast food restaurants. I absolutely do not recommend this place and will certainly be following up with corporate about the customer service job the she chose to apply for and they hired her for.

Do not waste your time at this location.

We sat in the drive-through for over 10 minutes with zero acknowledgment. No greeting, no update — nothing — until I finally said hello. Only then did the employee say they were no longer taking drive-through orders because the inside was “packed.” That should have been communicated immediately instead of letting customers sit there waiting.

When I went inside, there were only three customers. It was clearly not packed. The lack of communication and professionalism was unacceptable. I canceled my mobile order and left.

This location needs better management and better customer service. I will be waiting for my refund .

This Wendy’s is absolutely HORRIBLE!!! The customer service given too by Carlton is unacceptable. He said they only had a select few items, after agreeing to those select few items *chicken nuggets and fries* he came back and said they were closed. They were NOT closed. I asked what time they closed he said now. On weekends that establishment doesn’t close until 1am and I was there about 35-40min earlier than that. I asked for his name or the general managers name and he refused to give me either. The only reason I know his name is because I was able to receive it from a different location down the street after showing his picture. Someone should tell him they wear name tags for a reason. After driving around to the window I see food sitting out which is I’m guessing the food they planned on passing out to customers until it was finished. I noticed a low health score and I’m guessing that’s one of the reasons why. I did take a picture of him but I will not post it on here. I will be contacting corporate and the FDA regarding mis-management of food. I will never go there again.

Today, I drove to the drive through and the nice little young lady took my order.I ordered 2 sausage biscuit and the 5for $5 chocolate chip cookies. I was told to pull up past the window because my biscuits were being cooked fresh.And I also add the lady.Were there any fresh chocolate chip cookies that were made, the server replied, yes, and I pulled up to the window.She bought my food out in under five minutes from pulling up from the window. The first biscuit I ate looked fine and looked like it was freshly cooked but cool when I got home, the second biscuit that I opened up looked like it was dried out and had been sitting for a while. The cookies look like the person thinned out the batter and the cookie dough separated as it was rising.I am taking this back up there to get my money back. This is my third time placing the order at this restaurant and every time it’s something wrong.So this is the last time I will be going to this restaurant. I don’t know if it’s the cook that needs to be taught how to cook the meals or they’re running out of product and no one is saying anything to the managers.

The staff here was very good and attentive. One staff in particular made sure that we were OK. He was working the cashier as well as running out to deliver orders to folks. He really made the place work. Our meal was good as well.

Went to get breakfast this morning. They were only accepting cash through drive thru. I should of drove away then knowing that. I went to get the $1 breakfast sandwiches they advertised on tv but they were 2 for $3 I ordered 4 sausage egg McMuffin since they were out of biscuits. They didn’t have egg on them and it was so cold and nasty. I took it right back up there and got my money back. There’s so many better fast food in area Don’t waste your time here they are rude and nasty food. They surely don’t care about customers there it shows they hate working there

Worst experience ever! The he/she is nothing like the other manager that was working there! (The other manager that works during the day is always nice and pleasant, unlike it) Well the young lady at the drive thru was apparently too busy playing with her phone, which is why my order was rung up incorrectly. Then when I bring this to the worker’s attention, the manager comes over to the window to pass me condiments, all while looking mean! I wonder what he/she hoped to accomplish by doing that…besides this horrible review!! The customer service and customer care at this location has gone down, rapidly! My food was lukewarm and honestly after the experience, I no longer had a taste for it! The service and employees are now just as horrible as their sister location just a few red lights down! Don’t waste your time! Go across the street to McDonald’s!!

I ordered the Apple Pecan salad. Everything was fresh but missing pecans and blue cheese. They weren’t even busy. No excuse to serve an item that is missing an ingredient in the name!!!

Very slow customer service and zero team effort to take orders inside. 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged our presence. Order of 2 items took over 10 minutes to be served. Pretty bad overall.
