My main issue is I put in a mobile order and then proceeded to sit at the order booth for 27 minutes before they finally took my name for the order. I then was told to pull up to the door to then wait another 21 minutes for my food. At this point for the cost of two large meals and the wait time I miss as well just go to a full restaurant, pay the same, wait the same amount of time, and get better food that doesn’t have cold fries. At least the burger was warm. Not going here again

You go through drive thru and if there’s a car in front of you, you don’t get acknowledged til they are done and passed the food out to the car in front. Then you hear order when u ready.
You make it to the window and all you see is workers on their phones leaning on the counter manger holding a hole convo n joking with other employee. I even asked and spoke to her about it addressed my concerns due to I come on my break,if you go in the store you don’t get acknowledged til they done with drive thru car at a time. I laugh cause I approached them about it, and no care smh. The fact that people forget how real the struggle is or what it took them to even get the job. Customer service goes a long way. My opinion they need to start with a new crew cause apparently the ones there are there to chill n kill time while collecting change. I hope corporate takes accountability for there employees. N I’m not Even one to leave reviews, and if this Wendy’s get a good review it’s cause they did it them selves. As for me n mines will continue to leave the neg reviews til they do better.

My chicken nugget & chicken stripes was over cooked and very hard. Not edible. Very surprised because my last everything was delicious. I’m very disappointed. The frosty machine was out. Not pleased

I was sitting at the speaker for 8 minutes and told to wait because of a shift change. When I finally get my order took I pull around and I’m met with yelling in the background from a woman with orange hair who I guess was on the phone. I get my food and its cold so I go back around to the window and I ask for a manager and the woman with orange hair comes around the corner I asked if she was the manager and I’m immediately met with a attitude from the “manager”. I tell her my food was cold when I’ve been waiting 10+ minutes on food that i asked to be fresh , she then says she can make it over and told me to pull forward and I wait another 5 minutes for food that tasted like it’s been dropped in oil and given out. Very bad customer service from the so called manager and terrible food.

Man. The worst. I had to wait over 15 min to place my order. Then has to repeat the order thrice. THEN…they forgot an item. When I called back to speak to a manager the little guy told me they were understaffed I was so confused ans explained I counted atleast 8 people to which he told me no one knew their jobs. So annoying.
