It’s very annoying and very inconvenient when you have to get all the way home to realize that your sandwich is old not only is it old. You only have one piece of bacon on a seven dollar sandwich/meal deal that you paid for just to be told oh just bring it back we will remake it, but that’s not as easy when people don’t have reliable transportation. It hurts my feelings every time I give this Wendy’s another chance they show me why I stopped coming there. Oh, and let’s not forget I added three signature sauces and only got two of my sauces. Yet we can sit at the counter and allow somebody to whisper in our ear and laugh and flirt, but we can’t count out three sauces to put in a bag.

This Wendy’s SUCKS!!! This is the second time I did a mobile order like 20 or 30 minutes ahead of time and still had to wait another 15/20 minutes when I got to the store, because no one actually pays attention to the mobile orders until you arrive and tell them you have one. It was about 8:30pm on Tuesday evening. No less than 7 or 8 people standing around doing absolutely nothing. Wait, Im sorry, the one who I think may have been a supervisor was leaned over on a table near the drive-thru wending on her cell phone. To top it all off, the food was still not hot or fresh when I finally received it. No wonder the stock has dropped to $8. Poor service, Poor management, Poor quality control. They’ll be gone in the next decade.

Went through the drive through and they said they were not accepting orders of 3 or more items, only 2 or less. Girl on the headset was very rude, there were 0 other people in the drive through, and no explanation. Seems like pure laziness. Horrible service.

What in the front door is this. I found a hard piece of plastic after eating majority of my food. This is my first time experiencing this from this particular store. I wanted to let them know it was in the $7 double bacon stack meal. I called with no answer. This just made me sick .

My fiance went in and ordered our food and because they couldn’t pay attention to him so what should have been about a $15 order turned into a $40 order. My nuggets were good for a change but he ordered 2 double stacks with no onions and he ended up with 3 separate orders so when we got home he was taking his burgers out and they were still wrong he ended up with 2 meals with the Big burgers with mayo in which he hates, lettuce which he can tolerate and tomatoes another thing he dearly hates. All of the fries, all 3 orders of them which should have only been 2 , they were horrible, they tasted like they had been cooked in old rancid oil, they were all a dark brown color and had been under a heat lamp all day, and the drinks were meh at most so with everything being said we will not be going back to this Wendy’s for a very long time. All of the Wendy’s in Griffin need a staff and food overhaul. Would you eat something that looks like this let alone serve it to customers and their family? I wouldn’t and I didn’t. Just saying!

Food was perfectly adequate for a Wendy’s, but they use an AI speaker in the drive thru which is far too loud and annoying and I’ll probably avoid this location in the future. If that keeps rolling out to other locations, I’ll probably have to avoid the chain entirely.

Got back to my job with the order open my sausage biscuit and it was burn. I went back to the restaurant to find out that the dining room was closed when it was supposed to be open at 9:00 a.m. and I was there at 10:15 a.m.. when I went back to the drive-thru to make the complaint,yes I got a little loud but that’s just my personality. The manager refused to replace my food after I made the complaints about the dining room being closed, had I came in. I am in a leg cast, that’s why I use drive thru.. I wouldn’t have so snappy *which they should have posted a sign of dining area closed.and why didn’t the manager step in, you have to work a little harder I guess they can’t there. So I called the local franchise owner, They are aware of the complaint. And as you can see from the photos above the food is burnt, some of your staff had no hair nets or gloves handling the food from The View that I saw.

Tried to order through the drive through but they had AI failing at taking my simple order. Then an actual person mumbled over the intercom and when I asked them to repeat themselves I was met with silence. Even the guy sitting in the first window appeared to be lifeless as I drove away.

Do not go here!!!! Employees in the morning are rude. I ordered a chicken biscuit and a sausage breakfast burrito. The chicken biscuit was cold and the burrito had a white crunchy substance in it this morning. I will never eat at another Wendy’s again as long as I live.
