Inside and outside seating available, plenty of parking!
They make their own bread and their own pastries. Loved it! The bread was so good. Tasty and soft.
Clean restaurant, prices are good. Quality of food is excellent, and is quantity is ok. You won’t be disappointed.
Staff were great. Marta, our waitress was fantastic, friendly, and kind. And Pasqual, cashier, was welcoming and helpful. Very welcoming people.
They make biscuits, different types of breads, different types of pie, cookies, different types of muffins, cornbread, and burger buns.
Awesome experience for our first time, definitely recommended!
I walked into Polly’s today floored with how busy they were! I was greeted warmly and my name was put down for a booth. It didn’t take long for the manager, George, to seat me. I ordered a delicious French toast breakfast with a slice of cherry pie for dessert. My server, Grant, was very honest & helpful. Everything was perfect until the cherry pie was served. What happened to the cherries?!?!
Disappointed I called for the manager to inquire about who stole my cherries!?!? I showed him a pic I took last month .. same location and same slice of cherry pie. George was very attentive & seemed genuinely concerned . He explained that the pies came from off-site and he couldn’t answer as to why there was a big difference between the cherry full slice from NOV vs my CHERRY LESS pie slice from DEC. He made it right for a customer!
I really appreciate the food quality and service at Polly’s. Thank you Grant & George for taking great care of your customers!
All good quality, although I thought the dinner rolls tasted a little like a biscuit, but still OK. The boysenberry pie was very good, as expected.
Table server was a little surly at first, but later got better.
The waitor was super helpful and attentive, the manager was incredibly helpful. My daughters birthday coupon had expired but he was very helpful in making everything work out for us.
HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE RESTROOMS ARE NOT HANDICAP OR ELDERLY ACCESABLE!! BUILDERS, ARCHITECTS, RESTRAUNT OWNERS AND MANAGERS GET A CLUE!!
I am wheelchair bound and find that public restrooms are only accessible if you have an escort! I challenge all of the people listed above to sit in a wheelchair and access the restroom without an escort!
While visiting this wonderful restaurant, when my daughter went to wash up there was a pair of elderly women who could not get OUT of the restroom because the door was too heavy. My daughter asked how they got in and they told her an employee held the door open for them to enter.
California ADA bathroom requirements are not being met in most restaurants and should include doors that swing both ways to allow wheelchair bound people easy access! Doors are too heavy for the elderly.
This restaurant has a wide variety of meals as is accustomed with most diners. I got the Salisbury steak while my dad got the pimento cheese, both were amazing. For desert we shared a giant cinnamon roll which was spectacular. Even the atmosphere of the restaurant is nice with all the unique retro-ish posters. A hidden gem I definitely recommend!
