Bad experience here tonight. My Order was wrong and I had to drive around to the drive thru window to let them know because the dining room closes at 8pm. Then the order was fixed and I’m thinking everything was ok but I bite into my crispy chicken blt and there is a dead bug on the lettuce . I’m so disgusted that I don’t know what to do.

Everything was great until I asked for 4 honey mustard sauces. The employee (who I think was the manager) answered with a stern “no”. After my facial expression showed disbelief at her answer, she said that she could only give me 2 sauces because I didn’t have any chicken nuggets in my order. The employee didn’t even offer to charge me for the additional sauces, which I have come to expect at most fast food restaurants. I accepted the 2 sauces to keep the peace and went on my way, but I may not ever patronize this location again.

They messed up my mobile order; the. The Lightskin dude with the low cut at the register around 240 pm treated me like a criminal when THEY forgot my SMALL Dr Pepper in my biggie bag. Horrible. Staff has no sense of urgency! Especially the night shift! Majority of the crew members are young and are always playing. Not to mention eating and drinking while preparing customers food. I’m honestly shocked there aren’t more complaints on here. Having lived on this side of town for years, I was so excited they were building a Wendy’s, closer than old national, however, this one didn’t live up to my standards I’m extremely disappointed.

Drive thru line is around the building. Sign says lobby closes at 8. It’s 7:37 the doors are locked and 5 employees are just sitting in the lobby.
