I recently visited this Wendy’s and unfortunately had a terrible experience. The customer service was poor with long wait times and unhelpful staff. To make matters worse, the food I received was cold and had obviously been waiting on the counter for a long time.

I used to love Wendy’s . I still do when the right workers are there. Every few weeks the same girl appears at the window where you get your food. I’m expecting to hear her say “I’m back” but it would probably be too much energy for her to open her mouth. I need to find another fast food store!
