This Wendy’s is TERRIBLE. Go to the one on shallowford. The food here is inedible. Just wasted $20 on two chicken sandwiches that are so hard I can’t chew them. Absolutely disgusting.

I ordered a biggie bag with a burger, fries, nuggets and a chocolate frosty in the drive thru. By the time I arrived home and looked in the bag the only item was the burger. Be warned you may not get everything you ordered from here but they are sure to charge you for everything!

This place is sooooo hit or miss!!! When I get a salad from here it’s never pre-made from the morning. Why is my lettuce covered in ice and turning yellow?!! I shouldn’t have to pay $8.68 for this type of quality. I could only eat just the toppings. Now when I do go to get a sandwich or nuggets those are good. Sometimes the fries are too salty or cold. The crew members are 50/50. Sometimes you encounter the bubbly rockstar positive individuals, and then you can get the cold mean quiet dismissive ones. This location needs to “clean house” ASAP! Decades ago I was a Wendy’s trainer and this place desperately needs new training!!

Went there to eat lunch at 1:00 on a Friday afternoon and the lobby was closed. Due to my companies policy, I am unable to use the drive-thru and when I tried to ask about why the lobby was closed, the lady in the drive-thru window gave attitude and acted like she couldn’t hear me. Half my lunch break wasted on lazy employees.

I usually don’t make fast food reviews, and I would have gone inside to say something to a manager but their line was long and busy. This was by far my best experience at fast food ever. Chick fil a can’t compare lol. It was around 2:15/2:30 and the young white mane and young black man working both windows/ drive through were so friendly and welcoming I had to make a review. For starter, intercom was super clear and the young man taking my order was so kind and friendly. And the young black man up front window was so polite and smiled at me calling me ma’am. I’m 22, it was so refreshing to see respect and not young people hating their jobs. It made me smile as I pulled out. Thank you guys hope your managers see this and say something good to you two!!
