The staff here are always smiling, friendly, fast, and genuinely polite whether you’re inside or cruising through the drive-thru. They manage to keep my cappuccino blast perfect and the place spotless (which, let’s be honest, is a rare combo for a busy spot like this).

We usually order from this dunkin as it is open after hours. Today when we ordered 10 orders of hashBrowns we got them all burnt and also too salty for any human to consume. We called store, they said that they are getting them salty from dunkin warehouse itself.
Funny to hear that, hope you guys can improve your night staff who would at least have believable excuse.

I was super impressed with the speed of service through the drive thru this morning. I thought I was going to be sitting waiting for awhile & they took less than 30 seconds for every car! I was in and out faster than it took me to get to the drive thru entrance. Fresh donut and great coffee.

I can’t get over how awesome This location’s service, accuracy, and speed is! We frequent Dunkin’ Donuts across the country and I have never had one meet expectations that this location brings. The way it operates and is managed is just something different. It’s quite magical whatever they are doing behind those counters. To top off the service… Drinks are always on point and donuts are never stale. And it’s been that way consistently for many years Great job to all!

Everything about this Dunkin’ location has always been great, and I’ve never had an issue before.
However, during a recent drive-thru visit, a new employee was disrespectful and mocking, which was disappointing and unnecessary. Making fun of customers is not acceptable and reflects poorly on the business.
When I asked for his name, he said it was “Prince,” which I honestly doubt, as it did not seem genuine.
I hope management addresses this, because one employee’s behavior should not ruin an otherwise good customer experience.

They give attitude and when asked a question the answered so rude.there is a Latina lady who has been there and gives attitude i understand sometimes personal life gets in between but we go there more than once a week and her attitude is always the same. I do not understand people who work in customer service jobs why work there? If you don’t like your job please find it somewhere else where you guys do not deal with people. Sometime a customer might be having trouble understanding or have silly questions but for you guys to be so rude and make people feel uncomfortable it’s unacceptable . Customers are what keeps your job and keeps that place open.

I had a bad experience at this Dunkin Donuts location. The food I received was burnt and clearly overcooked, yet it was still served to me. It was disappointing and a waste of money. Customer satisfaction and food quality really need improvement.

Wife went to this dunkin this morning through the drive through. Latina lady instantly had an attitude when she said “can I help you” super impatient as my wife tried to figure out what coffee she wanted the lady just repeated can I help you when my wife asked her to give her some time. Finally ordered and my wife couldn’t understand what was said so she asked the worker to repeat herself and she caught a bigger attitude and my wife caught it and told her she was rude and drove off. Went to the starbucks next door and got exceptional service.

When I ask for help they said they will be right with me they had 3 people working in this location and it took them 10 min to severe me.
Today I was here to get a coffee and I asked them to use my card they denied to offer me the discount. Manager Julio very inefficient he should have offered me to use my card but he denied to help. Terrible customer service definitely not recommending this place!

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would!!!! This location is an absolute JOKE!!!! We ordered bagels and cream cheese. Apparently you get 1 tablespoon of cream cheese for an entire bagel and they can charge you $4!!! I’m done with this location. You’re a scam!! What a waste of money!! You guys should be ashamed of yourselves!! Not even enough cream cheese for one side LET ALONE 2!!!!!!!!! Corporate will be hearing me!!
