This place is sooooo hit or miss!!! When I get a salad from here it’s never pre-made from the morning. Why is my lettuce covered in ice and turning yellow?!! I shouldn’t have to pay $8.68 for this type of quality. I could only eat just the toppings. Now when I do go to get a sandwich or nuggets those are good. Sometimes the fries are too salty or cold. The crew members are 50/50. Sometimes you encounter the bubbly rockstar positive individuals, and then you can get the cold mean quiet dismissive ones. This location needs to “clean house” ASAP! Decades ago I was a Wendy’s trainer and this place desperately needs new training!!

If I could give this location zero stars, I would. This location is never fully staffed and no one is competent. More than once, I’ve arrived around 7:30pm and sat at the drive thru microphone (only option here) and called out “hello” with no answer. After 15 minutes with no answer I walked to the side window I was told that they must have turned off the microphone before closing time (8pm). Maybe don’t close up shop before the listed time? Or maybe a sign telling people when they’ve turned off the microphone for orders? Either way, this location is consistently useless.

I’ve never encountered such a rude staff. I pulled up at 7:30am and was met with a gruff “hold on”. It took 10 solid minutes to get to the window when there was one other car in front of me. Never physically saw a human, nobody ever came to the window. I had to just give up on my food and leave

Can they get anything right? Gave us a bunch of bags of things we didn’t order. We’re missing fries, kid’s food isn’t modified correctly. My food isn’t even here but I’ve got 2 orders of dry disgusting “spicy” nuggets instead. No sauce for these incorrect nuggets. Tried to hand us a chili we didn’t order. Now we’re stuck scrambling for food for a crying hungry kid. Kinda defeats the purpose of picking this up instead of cooking because now we’re cooking. They weren’t even busy. No cars in the parking lot and only one car ahead of us and one behind us. Ridiculous. Couldn’t even pour the right soda.

The food mega buss, as the youths say. You can really tell that their recipe consists of quality and lovely, lofty ideals. My gripe with this establishment is that when I ventured to enter at 11am, the entrance was barred, and I had no choice but to swerve the coup in the drive thru. 4/5

Bought a large fries. At the window this caucasian lady was there . I asked her for some ketchup she got some. Dropped it (not on the floor) but the windows’ shelf and put it right back in my bag of fries. Knowing it was outside and there dust and all kind of microbes. With a full attitude. I ordered two of the same hamburgers. I got two wrong burgers, and two different ones! Lol! I even went inside the store. The burgers were good. But WRONG WRONG! they were also very visibly annoyed to even take my order. It took over 5 minutes for someone to amble from the back, yet there was easily 4 other people right there. Wendy’s is my fave, but this location needs a serious insider over haul.
