Went through the drive-through, order was missing a whole sandwich. AI ordering process was difficult and this isn’t the first time we’ve missed items here. Won’t be back – food is too expensive to be missing things.

So this Wendy’s was great before the pandemic and has varied since. My most recent visit was in the lower end of the scale. The food was ok, not terrible but not great either. When I asked for a packet of ranch sauce in the drive through while picking up my mobile order I was advised it would be .50 more. I advised that it was ok, I’d get my own so I went by Publix and purchased a bottle of Ranch. It wasn’t the point of the .50, it was a matter of customer service. Do better! Honestly, if they are concerned over a pack of ranch their priorities are not in the right place. The dining room was empty, the parking lot was dark, an employee was sitting on the curb and the person at the drive through wasn’t very nice and I’m thinking she might have been the manager (uniform). At one point they had kids night at this same location with balloons and face painting with a full dining room. I’m wondering how it stays in business now.

Waited in the drive-through line for about 10 minutes for a frosty fusion with thin mints. got to the front after paying and was handed a less than full cup. I mentioned it to the young lady at the window and she said, “well, we’re only allowed to fill it up so much”. It was also not mixed well.

Food was decent. Fries were room temperature, dealing with AI is annoying when ordering. AI got things wrong and completed order before I was done. Human had to help me at the end. Also they forgot my frosty had to ask them if AI was making that for me.

(Edited from 1-star to 3. I spoke with Ms. April and she did apologize for the situation. She is usually very nice, so I was surprised by the comment during my previous visit. I do understand that people are dishonest and that can be frustrating. I’m just really not one of those people).

The issue with my order not showing “no ice” happened again. I realize that the AI system is making the error. That was confirmed by management.

I deleted my previous 5-STAR review to replace it with this one. Here’s my experience today at 2pm:
I ordered my food using the AI bot in the drive thru. I VERY CLEARLY said “no ice” in my drink and it showed up on the monitor. I also asked for it to be large. The young man working the 1st window, who was the only one who was genuine, took over the order and said it back to me. When I got to the window, it was not large, so he corrected it with the help of a manager. He must’ve accidentally omitted the “no ice” part. That’s ok. Humans error. Easy fix, right??? Well, when I got to the window to pick up my food, the lady working the drink machine attempted to hand me a cup with ice. I politely said it was supposed to be no ice. She turns around and tells (who I believe is one of the managers) who was working the drive thru orders, “She said this was supposed to be no ice.” With an attitude as if she was disgusted, the manager said, “Well she should have said it. How are we supposed to know if she doesn’t say it?” She repeated it because the lady didn’t hear her the first time. Why would I say that it wasn’t supposed to have ice if I didn’t order it that way? How could I assume that they know what I want? I wouldn’t! They clearly didn’t know that the order had been rung up again at the window due to the error. I’m really not sure why they have the bot if a human has to complete the transaction. Seems counterproductive…

The manager brought my food to the window. I stated “I did say it. I said it when I ordered and it showed on the screen.” While walking away as I was finishing the sentence, she said “oh…ok” Before I could blink, the young lady quickly handed me my drink, said “Have a nice day,” and literally slammed the window in my face to the point where it didn’t close all the way. She had already turned her back to the window before I could look in my bag good. I blew the horn so that I could ask for some ketchup (that I also mentioned when I placed my initial order). The lady working the drinks, came to the window looking like “what do you want?” I just asked for what I needed as I grabbed my forehead in disbelief by the fact that she literally slammed that window in my face! Now, she did give me a generic, “have a nice day.” Both behaviors were unacceptable and it needs to be addressed. I used to like this location. That was just so disrespectful!

I truly wish I could give this Wendy’s a 0/0 I have been here numerous times and customers is awful. I asked for bbq and honey mustard sauce these folks said .50 but it wasn’t any in the bag for the nuggets. They are rude and rush you through only to give you dried up burgers and nuggets. I will be contacting corporate like it’s a serious matter that should be addressed. DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!!

The non-human ordering system in the drive thru is the worse. It took way too long and wasn’t accurate. The actual human staff do a much better and quicker job

My spicy chicken sandwich!!!
I ordered from here and my bag was taped closed but, my chicken sandwich came very messy with multiple sauces and there are two bites out of the chicken one in the front and one in the back. I called to get a better made sandwich and the manager redirected me to call corporate instead of just issuing a better untouched sandwich. I just wanted my sandwich but they are forcing me to contact my attorney on the matter as a principal. I’d rather just have my sandwich. why would I make this up? Waste of time, My bites are never these sizes!

The food at this Wendy’s is always hot and fresh. My daughter got the avacado salad and it was fresh but barely any avacado and the avacado was mashed, not cubed. My son loved his kids meal and I got the chicken ranch sandwich.
With fries. I will say the service was a little slow and the person taking the orders seemed over it. Lol. But all in all it was a good lunch and we will be back.
