The management needs to work on her professionalism and social skills. We have a boat and trailer and couldn’t make it through the drive through. This location has the lobby closed. The manager gave us an attitude because we needed to come inside to order.

My husband got me the apple Pecan Salad he asked for no blue cheese as I can have it and it had the cheese on it. They didn’t include the pecans either. Now I have no dinner tonight. And they don’t answer phone!

The food at this Wendy’s is always hot and fresh. My daughter got the avacado salad and it was fresh but barely any avacado and the avacado was mashed, not cubed. My son loved his kids meal and I got the chicken ranch sandwich.

The lobby is never open. They don’t answer the phone. The manager said they were short staffed, but that’s really hard to believe because we have been coming to this Wendy’s every weekend this summer because it’s on the way to the lake and their lobby is NEVER open. Their drive thru isn’t big enough for a truck and trailer. They ignore you at the door when you’re trying to get their attention.

This is literally the worst Wendy’s I have ever been to. They have horrible customer service, the food is ALWAYS cold. They have you waiting in the drive thru line for 20 minutes for no reason at all. They’re just in the back playing on their phones. They just need to close their doors for good.

Miss Sara with no “h” went ABOVE AND BEYOND tonight. I had a horrible experience with Postmates and she made sure – after I called to check the status of my order after having two dashers and then waiting well over an hour for even an update on the second dasher arriving – to go out of her way to find my number in the call log and contact me that the order had been picked up and was on its way. She kept me informed to the best or her knowledge. I am so appreciative of this service and kindness. What a treasure.

Haven’t been to this Wendy’s in ages. It was good. Far better than McDonald’s that is very close in proximity. Got the Biggie Bag for $5 for my wife and I to share. We call this our On the Cheap Date. We’re not allowed to spend for more $5. They even remember onions on the side. I’m really glad to see the refill machine. I do hate going to the counter and asking for them! Only mishap, and it was my fault was that I didn’t use my newly downloaded Wendy’s app. I’m not used to having it yet. I have to call tomorrow to see if they have a heart, and add today’s purchase. Another customer in store told me that they won’t. Hoping they make this 1x exception.

Ordered online and select make my food now. Evidently this location thinks that’s the same thing as getting in a line with 10 cars in it and telling them you are here in drive through. Called and they couldn’t understand why I was irritated. Pretty incompetent and lazy staff. Turn off mobile ordering if you are understaffed or just to lazy to open the doors. Thanks for being useless ! (Still in line, I’m sure my food will be nice and warm waiting 20 minutes)
