Employees locked the dining area, and I was doing door dash. I was told to go through the drive through. Employees started leaving. Once I got to the speaker box I’d already been waiting 30+ minutes. No one said anything on the box so I drove around to the window. Employee just opened it and I told him what I was there for he just said my bad and told me to go to the next window. At that window I saw all the employees sitting around doing nothing but talking, laughing, and eating. I banged on the window and they came over and I told them once again what I was there for and they said ok. After another 10+ minutes they finally gave me the order, but I had to remind them for the drink. I was there for well over an hour to pick up a door dash order. I highly recommend 1: don’t order door dash from them & 2: if you’re a door dasher DON’T accept pick ups from them.

I did a mobile order, I’ve been waiting for the food for at least 10 minutes maybe. They have no idea what they’re doing. Window person had to ask me what I had when I got up here, and I’m pretty sure the cooks weren’t even working on ours until she said something, even though she was supposed to have checked me in when I said I had a mobile order at the speaker. Would NOT recommend!

The worst ever. That pretty much says it all. The ones that do show up are cracked out and when there are people there, they’re unable to take your order because of “network issues”. I told him just to write it down on a piece of paper, give me what I want, and take my $20. This still seems to be more than they were able to comprehend. Do better Wendy’s, shut this one down or fumigate it and start over

Every time I come to this Wendy, the customers service is aweful, the wait time is horrible. They only have a drive through so why wait 30 min in a drive through. Horrible management!!

The service was fast, the food was awful. However I don’t think it’s the staffs fault, just the food. Don’t order the honey butter chicken biscuit, it taste like syrup, it was over bearing. And over priced.

My husband and I have visited this location 3 times. The one time we actually got food, we waited around 30 minutes. Ridiculously slow. The next time we left, again, because of the slow service. Yesterday, we went inside to see if it made a difference. Upon entering, the manager and one of the employees were in the middle of a screaming match. The one employee that happened to notice us took our order and then left us there to wait for the manager to add on our coupons. The manager trash talked the employee she was fighting with while assisting us. Unprofessional. She then told us to swipe our card once the card reader prompted us to. We waited a few minutes and nothing happened. We told them the card reader wasn’t working and they completely ignored us. We ended up walking out and going to Arby’s. For the love of god, don’t go to this location. It’s a waste of time and I’m surprised they’re still open,
