The food is good. The main area is clean however, the bathroom is a problem. Toilet paper is on the floor. This is extremely UN SANITARY! If the toilet paper holder is broken why can’t you have it fixed ? Who wants to use toilet paper that is on the Floor ?

Just came to Wendy’s with my dad at around 8:40 and we where waiting at the drive though line for a while he kept saying hello but no reply so we pull around and the girl at the window she was black with a long black ponytail she looked at us crazy and said she couldn’t take orders at the window but keep in mind we where already waiting in the drive through and she keeps dismissing us then closes the window on us. Employees shouldn’t treat customers like that and especially my elderly father.

Friday night, steady busy, got old fries but. Sent them back, Lady at the drive-through said it will be 2 1/2 minutes then of course asked me to pull up. I waited four minutes and got the same fries. I don’t know if they microwaved them or whatever but you’re not fooling anybody. And how’s it putting you out to ask for a better side of fries. PA THE TIC

Spent $30+ ask for one sauce 50 cents, dude was the only thing is Ketchup. special requests for 3 of 4 sandwiches, no way to tell, have to inspect each sandwich , guess cost 50 cents for that also. Dude at drive thru not good

Quick service, but the food is cold. I came at 12:00pm for lunch….makes me wonder how long the food is sitting there before the lunch hour. This is my 3rd time trying this location, and food is always cold. I will not be returning.

This place is a joke. Especially at lunch time when the food is supposed to be hot fresh but it’s not. I have gone to this location to many times in hopes things would get better. It starts with management. Why isn’t the quality of the food being checked before serving. I hope corporate sees this and take charge. Quality of food is despicable!

It seems more training is needed at this location. Please see photos of my receipt and what I received. My order was a Single meal with no cheese, my receipt clearly states no cheese, the cashier even repeated my order with No cheese, yet I received my single with cheese. At now close to $10 this is unacceptable for my order to be wrong

All the employees were chill. It was 10min till the lobby closing time. My family and I had a 9hr moving day. We were very tired. We used the restroom and ordered some food. The guy at the counter who took our order was cool. I thought I had a food situation, but I didn’t. A different guy helped with that. Thanks, everyone, for letting us come in and grab some food last min inside.
