We arrived at Wendy’s on 10/30/25 at about 10:10 a.m. We explained that we were having lunch with our granddaughter who is in kindergarten and that her lunch starts at 10:45. We were in a time crunch to get to her school on time since Wendy’s doesn’t typically start serving lunch until 10:30 They were so kind and accommodating. The manager got started right away with our order and we were out the door before 10:30 Their efforts were greatly appreciated!!

Ive only been to this Wendy’s twice, the first time was ok, but this last time it was bad. I ordered a bacon baconator with a large fry and Sweet tea, instead I was given a large unsweetened tea, cold fries and probably the worst burger I’ve ever had (not to mention the wrong burger entirely). Dear Miss Wendy,
Just wondering — is serving cold, hard food part of the “fresh, never frozen” promise now? Because the burgers, nuggets, and fries I got were clearly cooked sometime last week.
And shoutout to the drive-thru guy for the Olympic-level food toss — I actually had to tell him thank you while he said nothing. Excellent customer service!
After reading the reviews, I’m surprised this location is still open. It wasn’t busy at all, yet somehow I got rock-hard nuggets and buns. Impressive.

I ordered breakfast this morning 5/28/24 @ 7:48am at wendys on charley harper in cartersville. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese biscuit and seasoned potatoes. I ate the potatoes as i was driving to work. Once i was at work i started eatimg my biscuit and i felt something stringy as i was biting in to it. I thought it was cheese but it was a hair. How disgusting ! I called back and asked for a manager and this girl gets on the phone who wouldn’t give me her name but claimed to be a manager. She then passed the phone to someone named Jason who also claimed to be a manager. They didn’t apologize for the hair in my food or for my inconvenience. All he said was we can replace the sandwich. Why would i want another one from the same location. A refund would have been better. Im leaving a review because my issue wasn’t resolved and the service was terrible. I would not recommend this location to anyone! Wendys do better!

What happened to Wendy’s? When Dave was around they had great burgers. Now you pay $9 for trash. I’d rather have McDonald’s.
A year later thought I would try the Takis fuego meal. Funny how my sandwich looks nothing like the marketing photos. No cheddar cheese sauce and those crispy takis strips are ground soggy trash. No effort and no care.

Ordered at 11 pm and got the best baconator fries of my dreams. It was so cheesy over all my fries and they loaded it up with the bacon. Absolutely amazing

I ordered a pick up order tonight and arrived 5 minutes after the estimated pick up time the app gives me. The staff was nice and the food tasted good, but the main issue is I customized one of the burgers so that there was no lettuce, no tomato, and no mayo, however both the burgers had all 3. We were already home and didn’t want to bring our toddler back out again to have it fixed. My husband had to have an alternative meal due to the mayo allergy. We will give Wendy’s more chances in the future because we know not every experience will be the same. On the bright side our toddlers food was correct so no meltdowns which is the most important to us.

It’s been over 3 days and apparently Wendy’s do not care about fixing one of their most popular machine’s? 3 days the frosty machine’s been down? Kinda weird? But I know things do break but C’mon? Lol. Starting to feel like they wanna keep it broken?
