We ordered 2 of the new Ghost pepper chicken sandwich and it didn’t come with the cheese or the fried onions…this isn’t the first time they didn’t make the sandwich the correct way or they totally forget what’s on the sandwiches..Just annoying when you spend 33 bucks at a fast food place and they can’t get it right.

The worst Wendy’s I ever went to I go there as for spicy wrap instead of giving me a spicy rap I get a grill rap I tell them I don’t want no Ranch but add mayonnaise mustard onions but still put Ranch and lettuce and not do what I asked for I get it they were about to close but that don’t mean they need a slack on their customer service I rather drive and go all the way to exit 20 Wendy’s or go to Exit 14 Wendy’s and go over there again

So just left this location. The food is always good but the manager on duty today who was clearly supposed to be watching the front. The other front end employee was on break and was eating. She was on a laptop looking at something and I stood at the register waiting to order for 10 min. When she decided to finally acknowledge me she sounded like having to take an order was a huge inconvenience for her. I have never felt so disrespected. I don’t think I will ever go back to this location.
