Authentic and absolutely delicious Thai food, that I am happy to live nearby to. The food comes fast, with a fair price. I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone in Las Vegas for all your Thai cravings. 10/10 don’t need to travel to Thailand, when you can just go to this restaurant instead! I was shocked while driving past this area one day when I realized that the previous restaurant at this location had closed and discovered a new restaurant name in its place. I kind of laughed to myself because that seems to be typical Las Vegas operations where a restaurant opens its doors, only to close it down permanently a few or several years afterwards. I honestly didn’t think the previous restaurant was going to experience it that soon, but it did…and here we are rating/reviewing Skye Thai. My wife and I decided to try this restaurant on 21 Feb 2025. Normally, I don’t have issues with ordering Thai food to-go and enjoy it at the comfort of my own home; however, since this was the first time here, I really wanted to eat in the restaurant while the food was hot and fresh – thank goodness there were tables and seats in the restaurant since I wasn’t sure if this was only a to-go/delivery type of business.
Skye Thai offers a variety of options which all sounded good but since I only have a limited capacity in my stomach, I could only purchase certain things. We ordered Garlic Pepper Beef, Chicken Pad Thai, Crab Meat Fried Rice, and Cream Cheese Wonton. The beef entrée was probably my favorite of them all – the flavors and texture was flawless! The Pad Thai was good; it was very fragrant and provided robust flavors. I thought the amount served for both entrées were slightly underwhelming, but hey, I need to tone it down a little as well for my own health. The fried rice was wonderful and a perfect amount served – I purposely saved some for the next day to have with my kimchi (yes, I said that). And finally, the wonton was good; we loved how crispy and light it was to include a perfect amount of cream cheese (yes, there is such a thing as too much cream cheese).
The service was remarkable; the employees operated at top-notch speed without sacrificing food quality. I was impressed at how much online/to-go orders they had to process along with my dining-in order, but still managed to effectively complete everything in a timely manner. The prices are adequate; this place does not break the bank – I also believe that you get what you paid for so the prices accurately match the quality of the food. I appreciate how this business supports the men and women of the Armed Forces, including its Veterans – thank you for that!
Overall, I liked this restaurant as depicted in my 4-star rating. I don’t anticipate this restaurant being a one-and-done type considering I reside within the community, and since I enjoyed my initial experience. I am interested in trying other dishes on their menu and will adjust my review/rating, as necessary after future visits. As of now, I recommend this restaurant to everyone!

I ordered takeout that included soup. The food was packaged very well, spillage was not a concern. All the necessary utensils and condiments were included. My only disappointment, is that I requested a specific level of spice, and I am pretty sure it was not acknowledged. I asked for a 7 and there was no spice that I could taste. I had the garlic edamame, and the first time I ordered a 5 I could see more than just the garlic and I could taste the spice and flavor. This time ordered a level 7 and it looked and tasted like a 0. Same with my Pho, it was very simple with no spice, it was spicer the first time.

This is our third time ordering from Skye Thai, and, once again, the food has been absolutely outstanding. The authentic flavors are nothing short of amazing, and the generous portions of protein truly elevate the meal. I tried the Khao Soi for the first time and it was incredible! I also requested to change the protein from the standard chicken drum stick to fried pork belly with no issues. Friendly customer service, consistently delicious cuisine. I highly recommend Skye Thai!

Yummy ! It seems like new owners and a menu change from the previous. Pad Thai was made to order with a good portion and tasted great like any other pad Thai. Cream Cheese wontons were cooked throughout and with a great amount of filling, sweet and savory. I will definitely continue to order.

Pure carry-out. Good quality ingredients prepared well. Not cheap, but the portions were generous, so good value. I ordered online and the food was ready on time. (A couple of minutes early, actually.) Everything was decicious. Our first time ordering here and we will definitely be back.

I feel the best way for new places to grow and change is to provide constructive criticism. I ordered the following: Panang Curry (Combination), Chicken Satay and Sticky Mango Rice.
The Panang Curry, lacked flavor, it was just sweet but it didn’t have the depth I expected from a Panang curry. Also, I’m used to Thai spice scales (I chose 5) which i thought would be a little kick. There was no spice at all. Panang is my favorite curry and I wouldn’t order it here again.
The Chicken Satay felt like it wasn’t charred enough, every time I’ve ever had Satay it’s decently charred which helps bring out flavor, this seemed oddly uncharred. The sauces provided with the chicken were delicious.
The star of the meal was the dessert. The mango sticky rice was delightful and the mango was perfect. They provided these little crunchy things (not sure) and they added texture to a rather mushy dessert (mushy is normal for this dish) the crunchy bits were nice, a little too hard, but I’d put them on it again.
Can’t wait to see this place improve further.
One thing I will say, is the cashier was extremely nice and the food was done very quickly.

I used to love this place when it was Qwik Thai. I would order a cup of Tom Yum soup, which was always perfection, some spring rolls, and pad thai. I finally decided to give Skye Thai a try today and am very disappointed. The pad Thai noodles are spaghetti noodles and the spice is nearly nonexistent, despite ordering a level 7. Soup can now only be purchased as a bowl, which is $16. It costs more than the pad Thai. The dipping sauce for the spring rolls is watery and doesn’t have very good flavor. Needless to say, I won’t be ordering from here again and am so sad to have lost my favorite Thai spot.

This order was incorrect. I’m a vegetarian, and the pineapple fried rice came with chicken. We’re very disappointed and would like a full refund.

I’m obsessed with Skye Thai. Not only is the food SO good and well priced but the service I receive is excellent. I frequently place large delivery orders for multiple people at my work and our orders are always correct and we always receive such quality food!
