We are currently sitting in the dining room. We came in and ordered, not till we were through ordering did they mention they only had the lemonades and soda was out. They then proceeded to to upcharge us for the drinks even though it was the only drink they were offering and was forced to choose that option. When we asked the worker about it, she rolled her eyes with supreme attitude and refused to take away the upcharge. Classy. This is why we don’t ever eat at Wendy’s

Has the worst customer service! Trying to charge me for extra sauce on the saucy nuggets that are already supposed to be that way after I’ve already spent $30 at the restaurant. The manager there is very argumentative and not a very nice person. Lost my business. Your TV advertisement says saucy nuggets not just something that looks like they just brushed it on.

Drive thru service for night crew sucks. Order takers do not greet customers when they pull up at speaker until minutes have gone by in hopes that the customer drives off possibly. Tried placing a mobile order before arriving and was told they weren’t accepting mobile orders at the time and the order takers was very impatient while taking our order.

I go to this Wendy’s often. It is always very clean, including the bathrooms, which I greatly appreciate. The staff is very nice. They take time to talk to you. It has been a very long time since the staff got my order wrong. The service time use to be pretty show but they seem to have speed up a lot in the last year. Overall a good place to grab a bite.

The employees are ABSOLUTELY disgusting and so disrespectful! I have gone here numerous times and the consumer service is horrible, coming from someone who has worked in costumer service for years, I would never dish out the amount of disrespect that the employees show here. They have also disrespected my husband and my mother in law on numerous occasions as well. They are very nasty as well as their attitudes! Hire better employees! Cleaner, respectful employees!

Why is every single person who works here miserable and lacking customers service skills? If you are unhappy with your job leave it and go find another job. It’s just a job. I asked for a taco salad with extra dressing and got absolutely no dressing. Not even the chips for the salad. Not even a smile or a have a good night. Two things that isn’t every hard to do or say. I used to work for Wendy’s so I understand how tiring it can be that why I didn’t go off on the staff. But y’all absolutely suck when it comes to customer service.
