Atmosphere was nice and the service was excellent. Only a slight gripe, because I’m a pizza snob and I’ve had NY/NJ slices is that the pizza tasted like Atlanta’s spin on NY style pizza. Not that it was bad, or anything like that, but it wasn’t NYC if that makes sense. Will certainly be back to try again.

For years, when passing through Villa Rica, Georgia headed to or coming from the race track, we always stop here for a Johnny’s deluxe large pizza. Sometimes ordering extra to take home.
Handmade pizza that’s not floating in grease-check, cold beer-check, no long wait times – check, friendly staff-check, welcoming atmosphere-double check.
If you’re in this neck of the woods, stop by, and you won’t be disappointed!
Stopped by while passing through in their neck of the woods again (9/4/24). I ordered the meatball sub (1/2 of it is pictured) with onion rings (both were delicious and onion rings weren’t greasy) and to go, a large Johnny’s deluxe pizza to pair with a case of beer.
If we lived close to Johnny’s, I would be a weekly patron. And an extra thank you to the wait staff!!

We’ve go in atleast once a week after Taekwondo. The pizzas, wings, bread knots, and calzones so far have all been delicious. The service is astounding. Still more on the menu we have to try! Have to mention some of the best wings I’ve had in GA..

The waitress was very unprofessional. Didn’t really want to take my order. Wasn’t patient, the food was not great or good. The barbecue dip seems like a bunch of minced meat with the little cheese, and the bread was super hard. The calizone was full of cheese, but there was not much meat at all. Kinda likely a blind man put the meat there?

Our server was Camden & I had a large party of people with two children. This place was recommended to me as a 90% match & I wasn’t disappointed. The food was good overall with just a few negative notes. There philly was good altogether however the meat needed a little more seasoning. Also, the Philly style pizza looked great but fell apart as soon as you picked it up. I am from NY so naturally I always want a slice of Pepperoni and they nailed it. One of those big pieces you have to fold to eat. Here is the reason they are getting a three, during dinner, a palmetto bug fell from the ceiling into my mother-in-law’s drink. Now, let me.be clear: THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH THE FOOD OR THE SANITATION OF THE DINNING ROOM. This was a freak accident but because it did happen they are getting a three. The staff there was great about this & also comped her meal as well.

From the standpoint of both pizza and service (and cost), you’re better off heading across the parking lot to Marcos. Unbelievable attitude of wait staff in this place—more concerned about sitting at a table with other servers and chatting about their little adolescent dramas than actually providing decent service.
