Reviews
I read half of the negative reviews out on here.. You all haven’t worked in a restaurant before (fast food or not), it shows by your ignorant comments.. Next time, don’t leave a review and cook at home..
Very Happy to have a Wendy’s close to the house when the kids want burger or nuggets and fries; I will be coming back. Thank You James for the wonderful costumer Service!
The employees are incredibly nice. However, the service is unbelievably slow. It’s ironic that they have a lot of new and modern technologies, but the service is 3x slower than any Wendy’s I go to.
One night at midnight as only the second car in line, I waited over 5 minutes for a Frosty. Recently I stopped in and waited almost 10 minutes on a JBC. There is some kind of communication gap somewhere, and I don’t know enough to know where it is, but despite all of the things they have that should make it fast, I see them still struggling to do basic things well.
I’m hopeful that ownership will come in and assist them. I don’t think it’s a problem with the lower level employees being lazy, I think that someone somewhere has not properly trained and set expectations.
Either way, I wish them well, but I cannot give them more than three stars at this time
Original review:
I’m very happy that they reopened Wendy’s at this location. Today I went for lunch and while the employees were friendly, these service was very very slow. It took 10 minutes to get my sandwich.
However, I understand that they just opened and are working the kinks out. Today I’m giving them 5 stars to encourage people to stop by and give them a try. If it is not better one month from now, I will drop my review to 4 stars, and so on. Stop by and support this business, I believe they will be just fine.
Second time at location, everything was perfect and efficient, raised review rating, and will try again.
Also the AI ordering system is amazing, you know your order is correct vs any communication barrier, that’s the dumbest complaint people have
When they came back, I was handed a box with very browned fries.
They refried my own fries. Absolutely terrible. Crunchy and dry.
Wendy’s, is this really your standard now?
This location had no customers inside or drive thru but took about 5 minutes to get my drive thru order out.
The time it took isn’t much of a concern but as I was waiting, the clerk asks “you hungry?” and disappears. Don’t know how to feel about the food after this interaction
DO NOT recommend
My Sweet Tea was gross had to get Vanilla Coke instead. And my Asiago sandwich had maybe a piece of bacon the dice of a dime. I told the manager in charge and he tried to argue but seriously there was no bacon! It definitely need a good management because being of the bad service and quality. About 3 cars drive out the line behind me. That tells a lot….
It took 40 minutes to get out of the drive thru
Spend $29.16 for the worst service.
I rather drive the extra mile and go to other restaurant.
Really, no chili seasoning packets? The chili needs seasoning and the chili from here simply tastes off. The person who brought out our food seemed to not know or care about Wendy’s seasoning. The baked potato my wife ordered is the smallest we’ve ever seen from Wendy’s and did not look appetizing.
And the AI order taker is unwelcomed. Sort of like those automated response systems when you call up customer service.
Oh well, it’s Wendy’s after all but this one needs much better management.
