I did a online order arrived earlier than anticipated and was told they didnt have my order. I showed them the order. Instead saying hey you here early can you pull around till we.get.it and then we would be.more than happy to filling the order. They were pretty much nothing we can do. So I go to cancel the order and the online tells me I cant because it already been filled. I call to see if they can refund it as I didn’t get the order and was told they cant refund online orders but they can if I come back give me a discount card. So im out 23 dollars and instead of helping felt like they didnt want to help at all. All it would have taken was a little bit of kindness. Have deleted the app and won’t be back. Oh here a suggestion maybe have your orders come in more than five minutes before you fill them. I wasnt mad at the begin was look oh but after my interaction with the person it is what sour me. Oh and when I called the first time they hung up on me.

Honestly, I don’t even know why I come here, since the people who work here are so unfriendly and never serve what you order, or the coffee is always bland. But there are a few very kind and respectful employees who actually do their job well. In general, though, they should work more on customer service. I come here seven days a week, sometimes up to three times a day, to buy my coffee.

I ordered on the app.And when I got there to pick it up, they and warned me that we one of the items I wanted wasn’t available. I asked for a similar substitution, and they gladly accepted. It was very nice that they were willing to & able to make this substitution so I didn’t have to request a refund in the app.

I have tried to order a plain Carmel frozen coffee but after today I am done with DD. I don’t want the vanilla or anything else but I have never received my order no matter how many times or differently explained. Today I have no idea what flavor I received. You used to be the best but sadly no more.

I’ve been multiple times now. Different times of day, different orders, different employees. The food is fine, I order from the menu, no changes or special requests, and the service is truly awful. They’re extremely slow and apathetic. Poor attitudes from multiple employees, no hellos or basic manners. Only say a number and hold out their hand. Very disappointing considering how new it is.

17 minutes to get a single hot coffee. Placed a mobile order, drove to the store, and waited more than 10 minutes in lobby to get my single drink. No other customers ahead of me either. This isn’t the first time I’ve waited forever, but multiple instances has prompted this Google review. Slowest Dunkin I’ve ever EVER encountered.

I’ve gone to Dunkin only a few times, and each time, they never fill my drink to the top. Why am I paying for 3/4 of a coffee? And that’s with much of it being foam. Plus, the drive-thru wait time is ridiculous.

I come here regularly, so this is based on MANY visits since they opened. I love Dunkin. BUT this dunkin is so unbelievably slow. I have gone with 20 minutes to spare for one item and still end up late. Consistently. I have seen my stuff ready at the window, with no one there, and then someone walks by sipping their drink ignoring the window. I’ve worked drive thru, I work retail. It takes a lot for me to get upset at the workers. There are a few I love that work well but most of them do not move with any hurry at all. Whether there’s a line or just one person, they go at the same pace. They need new management or something.

I went to get a variety of donuts and ordered through the app. When I arrived they told me that they no longer have any donuts and could only give me a gift card as compensation. Mind you the gift card had a $2 transaction fee and so I did not get my fully money back. Please stop accepting orders online that you can not fulfill and then giving bad refunds that don’t even make the total of the original price of the meal. Do not go there worst Dunkin chain in America!
