I would skip this place. First had issues with the online ordering “I am here now” button. The manager had to come to solve that. Then I was given the drink without straw. I had to ask for the straw. And finally the fries – they were oily and full of dark spots like in the picture. Tasted terrible. Never again !!!

I am completely disappointed with the Chicken Sandwich that I ordered. A spicy Chicken Sandwich was once a fantastic meal and has been reduced to a paper-thin cutlet. Dry and hard meat. I asked them to put onions on my Chicken Sandwich and The Onion was a thicker cut than the chicken itself

Placed a take order from the app! It was done before I arrived but I did not see the blue mobil take out sign. So I waited until I saw it and my order already done. Hamburger was good and fries too. The last time it was on the white display, so things changed. The place is clean and well kept on the inside.

First time visiting this location and a Wendy’s in a long time. The lobby was absolutely spotless and a definite upgrade to what I remember their lobbies looking like. The staff was not very personable, and the drink machine needed to be changed out a multiple sodas tasted bad. For being the only person in the queue for the lobby, our for cam out cold. Overall, not the worst experience, definitely not a memorable one. I recommend if you are going to go to this location, don’t go at night.

They made us wait long for our food. When we got home, we realized the food was cold, Sauces were missing, no straws, and WORST OF ALLL….OUR CHICKEN NUGGETS WERE FROZEN!!!!!! Imagine if frozen nuggets were given to a kid and they got sick. Can’t believe they give out food like that! We put them in the air fryer, but then, they came out mushy so we just threw them away. I wish I could get a refund but nobody answers.

If I could give 0 I would. I don’t know if they just don’t care about uber eats orders but this is the 2nd time within 3 days that they have done me like this. The egg literally had to be expired and it tasted like plastic.

At approx 10:35 my ambulance pulled into this Wendy’s parking lot to get a quick bite to eat as we have been running calls all day and only had a short amount of time to grab some food. My partner and I had gotten out of the ambulance and pulled on the doors to only find out the doors had been locked. As a first responder that works 24- 48 hour shifts and well into the night this is a problem that we often face. But most restaurants have no problem letting the crew order from inside because the ambulance / fire truck won’t fit through the drive thru . I made eye contact with the young pink haired girl pictured and she began to tell me go around through hand gestures although I had begged her to come to the door after I had moved away from the door and tried to tell her the ambulance would not fit Through the drive thru and if she would just come to the door I could explain better and maybe she could take our order . After a few minutes of exchanging meaningless hand gestures and mouthing of words my partner and I walked around to order.
After ordering from the first window I went to the second window. I saw the young girl with the pink hair and tapped on the window. The girl began to become dramatic and rude complaining and whining about how unsafe she felts about a crazy person at the window (I heard her through the window) and police needed to be called. She was about to cry . At this point I had become frustrated and disappointed in the unprofessionalism and lack of awareness as there is a big white ambulance outside that this girl already saw me step in and out of as well as the simple fact I am in uniform. A lady in a red shirt had opened the window and I began to tell her how I felt then she made excuses for the girl and showed no remorse for the ridiculousness that occurred. I won’t be coming back to this location and I will be writing to corporate. Shame on the employee and the staff at this Wendy’s not recognizing a first responder and treating us like criminals or less than human

This was my favorite local burger place since they reopened after the Covid remodel. Wendy’s was my first job 20 years ago, and I’ve never gotten tired of their high standards for quality and consistency. This location, unfortunately, has been underperforming for the last few months. I’m not sure what prompted the decline. I normally visit for Sunday lunch, and I have had issues almost every time lately. It started with slow service, then wrong orders and zombie-like staff, and finally today I am served a nearly-raw burger. I hope the owner or corporate sees this and is able to clean up this location.
Update: I returned a couple months later. Service was fast, accurate, and reasonably friendly. The food was hot and fully-cooked. I have updated my rating accordingly.

Two days ago, I visited a different Wendy’s location. I ordered a 10-piece spicy nugget meal with a strawberry lemonade, and everything was fresh and hot! On my way home, I passed by another Wendy’s and decided to make a u turn, expecting the same experience I had from the previous location.
While the customer service was excellent and my nuggets and lemonade were good, unfortunately, the fries weren’t hot enough. Since I was already in my car heading home, I didn’t want to turn around again to request fresh fries.

30 minutes to go through the drive thru when they had enough staff to have one person taking payment at the first window, 2 people fulfilling orders, not busy except the drive thru. Did you not hire cooks?
