I am writing to report an issue with my recent order. I ordered a vegetarian meal, but I unfortunately found a piece of meat in the food. This is unacceptable and concerning, especially for someone who does not consume meat.
I request a refund or appropriate action to address this issue. Please ensure better care is taken with food preparation in the future.

This has to be one of the worst Taco Bell locations in the area. The food was absolutely awful, and it wasn’t even served properly. My boyfriend and I went through the Drive-Thru, and this is how his taco turned out. Not to mention our fries were soggy and under cooked. Would you eat this? Would anyone find this acceptable? How can you feel comfortable serving food like this?
I understand it’s the holidays, and staff might be overworked or unmotivated, but if that’s the case, hire more people who care about delivering quality service. It’s fast food, it shouldn’t take a scientist to assemble a taco properly. Whoever is preparing the food at this location should seriously reconsider their role.
Shame on this place. I’ll also be reporting this to corporate. Do yourself a favor and go to a different location one where the staff actually cares about doing their job right. Save your money and avoid the frustration.

I love this place. Every friday I remember this place. Taco Bell. Best Food. Amazing service. I come here with my friend all the time and the workers are always so kind. 100 the best Taco Bell in the world!!!

This Taco Bell has “opted out” of serving breakfast. Very sad, as their breakfast items are among the best in the menu. Their regular food is just as good as any other location (i.e., delicious).

Subpar location. This location needs many upgrades and renovations. Has a bare bones feel to it. Placed a mobile order and was suppose to check in with a QR code. At the drive thru speaker there is no where to scan the QR code.
Went to the pick up window and they had no idea of my order. Took them 10 minutes to just find my order when I gave them my order number.
It wasn’t busy and it still took 15-20 minutes to go through the whole drive thru experience. If you see a line at the drive thru, I would just cancel my order and go somewhere else. It will take forever.
Update: This location has improved thankfully. Ordered the new wings and chicken burrito. Wings were a bit dry but seasoning was good. Chicken burrito was satisfying.

Literally the worst place to go to when you need it the most! Fridays and weekends are ridiculous with a wait time close to 30 minutes! How is this a fast food place if even the restaurants serve food faster. Terrible planning and it’s not a one off – wait times are always bad and they don’t seem to want to learn and staff accordingly!

Literally ordered and waited 10 minutes to try to pay cash since no one was at the counter and they force you to use the kiosk. When I said “excuse me” the guy that answered was rude and mad I called out to him. Spend your money somewhere people will actually let you. This location sucks

This place is always crazy busy, and at times the dinning room needs attention, from overuse. Still staff tries and the food is good
