I wanted something sweet and thought I would try the cinnamon pull apart. I paid for it and was optimistic because it smelled divine and the container was hot only to get home and it was if they covered old bread with icing. The bread was so hard like day old biscuits just hot, hard and sweet. Never again.

I recently stopped by Wendy’s for a quick lunch, and I what i expected to be a routine fast-food transaction turned into an absolutely outstanding experience. From the moment I stepped up to the counter, I felt genuinely welcomed. The entire atmosphere was incredibly warm and attentive, instantly setting this visit apart from others.
The cashier who served me was, simply put, phenomenal. They were the epitome of top-tier customer service: caring, enthusiastic, and clearly dedicated to ensuring my time was valued. In the hustle of a busy lunch hour, it’s easy to feel rushed, but this employee took the time to slow down and focus entirely on my order. They made me feel like the most important person in the restaurant, and that level of personalized attention is truly rare in the quick-service industry.
Beyond their wonderful demeanor, the cashier demonstrated exceptional helpfulness by proactively pointing out the best current deals and promotions. They actively helped me save money and maximize my meal without me even having to ask, turning a simple order into a value-packed transaction. This proactive and helpful approach added significant value to the entire experience. The service could not have been any better, making it the most pleasant fast-food visit I’ve had in a long time. It was a flawless execution of hospitality and speed.

I stopped at this Wendy’s location just earlier today. As I was proceeding to ask my daughter what drink she wanted the drive thru person with an aggressive tone. Which sauces I wanted? I just starred at the intercom that person is taking that type of tone while a paid customer is trying to place their order. I pulled out of line my mindset was to park and go in and this lady is she having a bad day. People tend to forget the customer service etiquette when working. Management need to have training classes for their staff as a reminder how to speak to customers. If im not rude to you me being a paid customer shouldn’t have to have the type of experience pulling up to place a order. So my review there wasn’t one. I took my money elsewhere where I received a nice greeting. Whoever was the lady working today around 11am this morning. I will pray for you

Extremely disappointed. I was the only person in line and the food i received was cold and old! Smh. Fries were ok (probably re-dropped) I received 2 wimpy half strips of bacon on my “Baconator, and my spicy nuggets were frigid, and tough! $15 I could have spent somewhere else! Im beyond disgusted

AM Chris is very rude and not helpful at all. He is at the front counter and when i asked for assistance he looked me up and down and said baby i’m not working with a very stank, condescending attitude as he is at the register with his wendy’s uniform on……………. they were swamped in drive thru and in the lobby and his lazy self was not even helping his staff. do not recommend and he should not be a assistant manager at all..

Prices are out of control for fast food. We could go to a sit down restaurant for a couple dollars more per person. Add to that the fact that the food is fast food (poorly made, cheap and often incorrect)…why would anyone go?
I tried one time after taking a few years off, and won’t be back again. Worse than the last time I tried. Sad to see Wendy’s slowly go out of business

I doordash sometime for a lil exercise because I’m disabled one of my tickets. They ordered from Wendy’s on Fairburn road and Lee road because of the attitude of some of the people at Thornton road Wendy’s were very nasty and they never get their order right!! To be honest they’re scared they may be nasty with they’re food!! And I’ve heard some other complaints since then on how may some of the people’s attitudes are I wished I knew the who I could reach the owners and let them know cuz I really would!! I’ve never ran across behavior like that once in a while but not like hers

Felt weird to be discriminated against and judged by my own pair. Upon entering the restaurant in hopes of enjoying a breakfast, I was rudely told that breakfast was over and it was now lunchtime. Despite this, I proceeded to place my order, only to overhear the managers and other staff members mocking my accent in the background. After I received my meal I scanned the room to find a seat but I couldn’t help but overhear employees behind the counter engaging in inappropriate conversations about me, using vulgar language saying that they are off the clock and what weapon the had. The laughter and disparaging remarks left me feeling uneasy, transforming what should have been a simple dining experience into an uncomfortable ordeal.
As I consumed my meal, the taste was overshadowed by the sting of their words. I did not feel appreciated.

I walked in and not one of the employees who where looking at me said anything to me as I stood in front of the cash register. No kiosks to order myself. Maybe say hello, or we’ll be right with you.
