I’ve ordered 2x on separate occasions the chipotle chicken Mac and cheese. Both times I had no sautéed mushrooms in my order and no garlic toast. Either take the sautéed mushrooms off the description or add them as it should be. And never forget the garlic toast!! The first photo is as they advertise the second is the order I just received. Very disappointed as I love the mushrooms in this dish. I’m adding an edit to my review… I ordered through DoorDash because you can not call the restaurant and place a To Go order, you must go through DoorDash or UberEats or some format like that to get orders to go. Ok, fine, I ordered DoorDash. I wanted to give special instructions to Headquarters to not forget the sautéed mushrooms but they do not allow any special instructions on your order through DoorDash or Uber Eats. I took the chance they would get it right this time and they failed again.

We have come in a few times and each time has been amazing! The manager seems like a cool dude and has cracked a joke ot two with us while being there, and our waitresses have been awesome! There is one in particular (and I cant remember her name right now) but shes remembered us the last 3 times we came in – so much in fact – she wasn’t our waitress last night, but she still made it a point to come over and say hello to us. Also, those buffalo sliders are so dang good. The drinks are amazing. Can’t recommend this place enough! (Pics from multiple visits)

Tuesday night specials are great! Three tacos for $8, $10 for lettuce instead of the tortilla shell. We had shrimp, pork and chicken. All were excellent! And they all had a kick, which I love. The meat was cooked great on all, the chicken was so moist and flavorful. Very impressive! Definitely will be back. The lettuce wrap option is greatly appreciated and the lettuce was crisp and a plenty, which is a rarity for many places. You can hardly see the meats in my picture, but let me tell you, they are there, and so good!!

Decided to treat myself to a movie tonight and had an hour before showtime so went across the street to Headquarters Grill Bar and Sushi.
First impression was decent. Got seated almost right away. Pretty typical for a bar with a lot of big screens and a wait staff that is under-dressed but that seems all too common especially in Arizona.
My waitress introduced herself to me and asked for my drink order. I ordered a beer on draft and a water. She left and I continued to look at the food options. Took 10 minutes for my drinks to arrive. I’m dinning solo tonight and didn’t sit at the bar because it was full with what seemed to be regulars. Either way it’s fine as there is still 45 minutes until showtime.
I ordered edamame and a steak salad since time was a concern for me. 15 minutes later my meal arrives. The food was good. Better than expected for a sports bar. Even though I felt like I had to rush to get to my showtime.
Waitress checked in when I was getting close to done and I indicated that I wanted to get another drink before I paid my bill and that I had a show to catch across the street in 10 minutes.
She then proceeded to disappear. I tried to get her attention when it was 2 minutes before showtime but she ignored me and walked into the kitchen. I had to find another waiter to pay for my order and ended up leaving 5 minutes late and pretty upset.
Was the place busy… no. In fact they were running well specials because its a Tuesday night.
I typically case places that I might want to bring my friends or family to and they simply dropped the ball on this one. Call it a bad night for her or maybe she’s dealing with personal problems but customer service is important to me when choosing where to eat and spend my money at. Tonight was a lose for Headquarters.

This was a nice find! The restaurant had screens for days, so if you’re looking for some decent food and cold drinks, this is your new spot! My wife loved the sushi, and I had the burger. It was a great compromise as I’m not a sushi guy. The wait staff was friendly and attentive, with no complaints at all. We will definitely be going back.

I cannot recommend Headquarters in Peoria due to severe concerns regarding hygiene and customer service. My son’s meal was served with hair in the food, and the replacement fries were poor quality and appeared to be leftovers. To my shock, the chicken wings also had feathers still attached, indicating a complete lack of proper food preparation.
The service was equally disappointing. We experienced 40-minute wait times for basic needs like refills and the check. The most frustrating part was the server’s attitude; she attempted to charge me for the contaminated items and became visibly agitated when I asked for the bill to be corrected. This was a highly unprofessional experience and a significant waste of time and money.

Stopped in after a movie for a quick bite. Ordered the blue cheese burger, and at least they cooked it properly—medium rare, just as requested. Toppings were simple: ketchup, lettuce, tomato, and onions. No mayo or mustard unless you want to pay an extra 50 cents for mayo, which I didn’t know until I got the bill.
Fries were okay and at least salted, but the rest of the food had zero seasoning.
Ordered the chicken wings deep fried with feathers attached — absolutely unacceptable coming out of any kitchen.
Overall: burger temp was right, fries were fine, but lack of seasoning and poorly prepped wings made the experience pretty disappointing. Wouldn’t rush back.

Bummed with our visit yesterday. We hadn’t been in forever and it just felt like literally everything has went down hill. We used to frequent here years ago. Service wasn’t the best our entire visit. We never received refills on any of our drinks…well except the beer; they did bring a second glass of that. Our table ordered the chips, queso and salsa for the appetizer, a burger and fries, the Arizona roll with jalapeño added as well as hot wings. Everything came out at a decent time. The chips and queso were good. The salsa had a decent kick to it. Everything else was awful. Burger dry and fries soggy. The sushi was mush and way too warm. Unfortunately even with the added jalapeño and spicy mayo it wasn’t hot at all. The wings were over done with no real sauce. We all left feeling meh about it all. I’d like to try and come back and try again, but to me it’s definitely not as great as it used to be. If you’re there just drink the bar is great. Vibe is ok. Definitely a sports bar vibe.
