No matter what time or day its always a long wait. No one moves with a purpose. Stood there for 5 minutes before anyone(mobile order) acknowledged me then another 6 for food that had already been sitting out and waiting before I walked in. My caramel coldbrew doesn’t have caramel, isn’t even cold and they got my order wrong. No ketchup, no jelly or even a straw. Common occurrence at this location and it wasn’t even busy

The service is so disappointing and disrespectful from the management to the staff. The food was horrible, the chicken sandwich was raw I was told by the young black female manager that yes the fries are cold but the cheese on top was hot all of this after spending 45 dollars on food. I then called to get a number to corporate and was hung up on 3 times. I need to speak with corporate and will not stop until I do.

I usually don’t go to this location because it’s always something with them. But I just came from the dentist that was nearby and decided to just get something simple so that I won’t have a problem. Still had a problem. I ordered chili cheese fries and nothing but wet juice and pieces of meat and cheese. when I asked for a refund, I was asked why and I showed them. I don’t know if the girl was the manager or not, but they both had an attitude. and the person who gave me the refund said that the juice is at the bottom when you get chili cheese fries why would I be worried about juice being at the bottom just look at the picture you can just tell they dont care about ppl food. got my refund though!

Customer service was fine, the people were nice but the drink machine out in the lobby only had a few drinks to select from and the mixture wasn’t working properly….Tasted horrible!!
Every time I come here the drink machine is out of most of the drinks. The tea was sour too. Yuck!

What in the world is going on up in HERE?!?!?
SO DISAPPOINTED!!
The sad part is, two of the young workers were fine, but the remaining workers along with “THE MANAGERS” were a hot mess!!!!
I can somewhat understand being a little laxed in the driving area IF there are no customers. But when there ARE customers, at least “ACT” a little professional.
1. Took over 10 min to place our order and get a $4 bag meal, a small fry and a small frosty.
2. Paid for dine in, but food was put in a bag.
3. While waiting for fries, frosty was waiting on the counter.
4. TALKING LOUDLY!!!
5. CURSING.
While sitting there, I googled the restaurant. Almost ALL the reviews they’ve received were negative
I WILL NOT BE BACK FOR A VERY LONG TIME.

I went through the drive-thru and they asked me to pull to the side to wait for my order. I sat im my car for more than 20 mins waiting on them to bring my order to the car. My grandson ended up going in to get our order. People who parked and walked in and ordered came out faster than those of us who went through drive-thru.

Wanted to stop by and try the new car make crunch frosty with my meal! The guy at the drive thru claimed they only had chocolate. Guess he didn’t feel like making it! When we asked why they only had chocolate, he laughed and smirked, stating “cause we don’t”. I settled for a 4 for 4, he also claimed they didn’t have BBQ sauce. I asked for ketchup. He didn’t even bother to add it to the bag. Lazy staff. Terrible location.

This the slowest Wendy’s in ga. Employees are all teens. Dont have nothing against teens but dam. Seems like no one cares about getting food to customers.

Do not come to this Wendy’s. People look they working but they aren’t. Manager is slack. Ordered through drive through waited 10min in parking lot only car waiting had to get out the manager has her headset on just standing at the door wondering hmm which vehicle is waiting for food. Had to go in such an inconvenience.

I thought the whole point of baconator fries was having bacon especially when u get charged for extra bacon and cheese but never receive it. Honestly not the first time they mess up my food or don’t give me proper change. Always mange to mess up my order so yeah I like to stay away from this place. They need to go over protocol again on how to properly packaged orders and give better customer service.
