This morning we order some breakfast for 4 people and the service was super wonderful on how the individual packed each order and place it in a large bag. It was easy to just distribute each bag to everyone. Made our morning very easy. Thank you.

Ordered a big bacon classic meal, person at the window misunderstood and put in a baconator I guess. The big bacon classic comes with lettuce tomato onion cheese ketchup and mayo with pickles. The hamburger they gave me had ketchup cheese and bacon. I called and they pulled up my order just to tell me they wanted me to drive 15-20 minutes away to get a frosty and cookie and a refund but only if I drove out there could I receive my cash refund instead of it refunded to my card. Honestly it was a nice gesture but a 25 year old mother with a newborn I just wanted my order right. sorry wendys I won’t be coming back to this location.

This place is absolutely horrible. I went in to order food. I waited 10 minutes before I was waited on. I finally was asked my I help you. Between my order, the cashier was texting on a cell phone. I finally placed my order. I ordered lemonade. I was given cups to fill at the automated drink machine. However, lemonade came from behind the counter. I finally got my lemonade. Shortly there after, I was asked if I wanted fresh fries. I was it would be about 10 minutes. At this point, I said, “Give me what you got.” Unless you are starving, I would not get food from this place. WENDYS shame on you. The Baconater I received doesn’t look like it is advertised.

Doordashed a BLT crispy chicken sandwich, a 4 piece nugget and fries. They gave me the completely wrong sandwich and didn’t even include my nuggets. I’m assuming they put the wrong ticket on the bag, this is outrageous.

The new cashier in training was an absolute joy to interact with. I cannot recall his name, but I know from talking to him he is 16 yrs old and is from Pakistan. He was not only thorough with taking our order, but was also extremely friendly and will definitely be a wonderful asset to this store’s customer service experience. My fiance and I were joking with one another and he jumped right in rolling with it but not in a way that was at all intrusive – he did so in a way that he seamlessly joined in to our joking. I then saw him interact with a few other customers and his jovial attitude and light hearted fun behavior was still there, all while he made sure to keep focus on doing his job taking orders. He was still training, as mentioned, but honestly I would have never known. I could definitely see him going far at Wendy’s and becoming a shift lead or even a manager.
My negative experience: the Coke Freestyle was out of nearly every flavor addition and the ice was slow to come out as if it was nearly out of ice. The dining area was a little dirty and could have used some cleaning. The drink station was in need of cleaning and restock.
My double stack was not the best – was just haphazardly thrown together with too many pickles despite not asking for extra. It was also a little cold – making me think it was customer special request order but was forgotten so sat until someone ordered a double stack.
Both mine and my fiance’s Frosty was not even filled up to the top of cup. Mine was a little better being it was just chocolate frosty, but my fiance has a Oreo Brownie Vanilla Frosty that was barely 2/3 full.

Stopped in for Lunch on a busy Friday. The place was busy but Darren had everyone served in no time. All of the food was fresh and Darren made the experience even better because he was so nice. Definitely plan on returning to this Wendy’s after this kind of the 5 star service. Best Wendy’s I’ve ever been too.

After arriving at Wendy’s at 9:47 pm. Myself and this stomach of mine was halted by a locked lobby door but was servicing the drive thru. I then tried to walk thru the drive thru which is a danger. Put 9:45 pm on Google and other places that announce your times service. You can’t because then corporate will know. Your buddies Popeyes and Chic Fila getting one these too. All three companies disgraceful. Two more to go. Thanks for hearing me public.
