I keep trying this location because it’s by my home. I tried to order a Jr. Bacon I was told they did not have any but they have double stack with bacon. I purchased a side of cheese sauce I received a cup of brunt slop I threw my entire order in the trash it looked disgusting I didn’t feel like returning it the person at the window had the nastiest attitude I visited the location on 8-13 at about 8:30 DO BETTER!!! I also ordered a Strawberry Lemonade there was a hint of lemonade and the rest was water!

Placed an online order. I asked for a moment to see if my child wanted a frosty. I guess the cashier thought I placed an online order at the window… I did not. I placed an online order. At home. She said she couldn’t see the order.. the girl in the back Was calling out my full name. Saying she couldn’t see the order.. There was no need for the extra hassle. She made me park or told me I needed to come inside. I would have had to cancel the order or go & Pick up my Special needs stroller for my Child to go inside. Just unnecessary aggressive behavior. You never know what someone is going through. Be kind to people.

This place is ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! Went through the drive thru and ordered 5 meals, the night time manger that worked at approx 7:30pm on December 17th proceeds to tell me that I need to come in and order because I’m holding up the line (9 months pregnant, in the cold) as if she’s anyone important in life to make such policy and procedure in such a rude, ignorant manner that she did. As I called the store to get the cooperate number and her name, she proceeds to hang up the phone in my face and UNPLUG the phone that she has no ownership over, nor stock in. She’s ignorant and has to obtain a higher education evidently, because that would’ve taught her proper etiquette on customer service.

Its rare for me to give fast food 5 stars because by the time I eat it, its not optimal. However after 3 trips here. Can’t seem to get my order right. Whether it’s extra onions, no mustard or any modification, expect this place to get it wrong.

Horrible environment. Came in and saw manager (5’8 hispanic dude in his twenties) kick out 3 kids my age for apparently refilling a small drink they didn’t pay for. (how would they get it if they didn’t pay) in which I OFFERED to pay for. The main kicked me out to for trying to help the kids, not being lenient at all and just repeatedly yelling “get out, get out”

The food came out in an efficient amount of time. There was about six other vehicles. The dine in area was not open, which was disappointing. The bathroom wasn’t even open for customers, which really wasn’t a good thing.

This location has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. No matter the time of day the staff seems to have no idea what’s going on. My food was cold, the bun on my burger tasted like it had been sitting out, they didn’t put BACON on my BACONATOR.

The employees at this location are the worst!! They have got to be the most miserable human beings on the planet. No customer skills whatsoever!! You pull up to the drive-thru and complete silence. Waited there 4 minutes and complete silence. No kind of greeting at all!! It’s not until I said “Hello” that someone came on and said “Go ahead” No kind of welcome greeting….NOTHING!! The fries were cold and the burger was not fresh!! I will never and I mean never eat here again!! I feel bad for cheating on Chick-Fil-A because their customer service skills is above the best!! Hire people who care and get rid of these worthless employees who are miserable at what they do!! Eat here at your own risk….The customer service is HORRIBLE!! I wish I could give a negative star rating!!
