I always mobile order my food here occasionally, and I just love the staff. The black women here are always really nice to me, and so pretty. I think they perform their job really proficiently. I know working fast food you deal with a lot but my order is always correct, the women are always polite, and I never have any complaints after receiving my order. I never mind having to wait a little longer if I do because I know they’re just doing their best to deliver quality service. Great Wendy’s experience compared to others I’ve had. I prefer this one when I can.

It took 40 mins to order only because I was so close to home and not wanting to go anywhere else did I give grace and wait.
Once I place my order.. very simple biggie bundle JBC no tomato, crispy chicken, cheese fries. No chicken sandwich, full
Of tomato and COLD!!! Called for 30 mins finally for a manager to pick up. I will attach pictures. I come in today and have to wait 30 mins in the lobby just to get food and the manager only wants replace the chicken sandwich and he too was
RUDE! They are slow, unprofessional, and lack accountability.

Food is never ready on time here. I’ve been waiting twenty minutes for a mobile order. They have no idea what’s going on at this location. Nice people working here, very friendly. I just never get my food on time. This is my last time coming to this location.

When I first came in I went to the bathroom before placing my order and it was the most disgusting thing ever. The bathroom doors were locked but what I could see through the crack was horrific. I stood for several minutes waiting for someone to take my order and wasn’t greeted once. What makes it worst it seemed to be managers in the front as well helping out and not once did I get noticed which result in me just leaving. One worker walked by me four times to bring customers their order and said nothing to me and just stared. Customer service is at its lowest these days and this store showed just that.

Great staff. I’m an athlete so I need my lunch or whatever it might be. Anyway they made sure to get me some fresh fries and my order was very timely. Glad to have this Wendy’s near my job and home around the corner

I ordered a baked potato with melted cheese, and it was old and cold! I didn’t get any butter sour cream salt pepper or nothing either! And my chicken nuggets were also old and cold!

This is the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. I ordered a #8 which is the chicken asiago combo. I got home and notice there was no tomato on my sandwich the asiago cheese was so small I didnt even see it. The sandwich looks dry and old. I immediately went back to the restaurant walked in and there was another customer was arguing over his order not correct. I asked them to provide me with my order the manager was rude telling me they did not have any tomatoes my total was $14.62 she refunded me $11 because I didnt bring the drink back. The customer service here sucks I urge everyone not to go to this Wendy’s

There is a beautiful young lady that works here. Heavily tatted working the night shift. I think she’s the manager if she isn’t she should be. Always kind. I’m here a few times a week and she consistent. I appreciate that.
