When did Sonic stop adding the candies (stirring in) to the Blasts? The last few times I have gotten a blast it’s just vanilla ice cream and candy on top. Photo is after I stirred in the candy myself. It’s not enough for the whole mini-blast.

We stopped at this location, which was out of our area, to support a local elementary school fundraiser. We arrived after the fundraiser ended at 8PM… ok fine. We asked for a substitution on our order and were denied. Then asked for the manager and a non-manager came out to speak to us. Then they again declined. Finally we got our order and they put a drink into the drink carrier upside down, which then spilled all over the inside of our car. There is no way you accidentally put a drink into a drink carrie upside down. I hope this review gets read and addressed by someone, this is absolutley ridiculous and I wont go back to another sonic again.

Stopped in for a strawberry slushy with nerds and a large strawberry limeade my strawberry limeade my strawberry limeade was nothing but Sprite with strawberries no flavor whatsoever pay three dollars and something and it’s disgusting for how long it took them to get my drinks to me. I would’ve thought they would at least been good. I don’t know why I keep trying this place won’t happen again. You’ll need to do better.

We have given this Sonic multiple chances. Today was our last straw. Service was ok, but the overall quality of the food is awful. The burger was old… i don’t always expect fast food to give me burgers straight off of the grill but this burger has very clearly been sitting out for a while. The mozzarella sticks always disappoint. You’re lucky if you even get cheese inside of the stick. Most of the time you will receive flattened, lukewarm, old mozzarella sticks that are not satisfying at all. At least the popcorn chicken was warm..and I’m assuming that’s because not a lot of people order it. We will not be returning; we would rather drive up to western center, where quality is never an issue.

I ordered a Oreo cheesecake master shake and mine was a milky texture I called and talked to the manager and he remade it for me no problem. This is by far the best sonic I have been to so far. My son got the mini chocolate shake it was a little milky but it’s okay to him it’s chocolate milk my husband ordered the Oreo blast and he loves it

Today after work, I stopped Sonic to get a drink. I hate to complain, but the drink I ordered was disgusting. I took a few sips, and it was so sweet that it even hurt my throat. When I went to speak to the supervisor about it, she was not very nice. I told her how I felt, but she said she couldn’t give me a refund or offer me another drink. I mentioned that this is my favorite drink and that I was really craving it. However, she still refused to help me.
I’ve decided that I will never go to that Sonic again, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. The staff wasn’t friendly at all; they looked at me as if I had stolen something. They really need a new manager! I thought that customer satisfaction was a priority, but I guess it isn’t anymore. Thank you, Sonic, for being so rude and making my day worse than it already was.

Well yet again my lunch was ruined I ordered mozarilla stick and for the 3td time of trying to get these I didn’t get any marinnara sauce to go with the sticks do these people even know how to do there job, also I ordered the chicken fried steak sandwhich with NO lettuce guess what it had lettuce on it.

Restaurant just changed management. Staff is friendly. It looks like a lot of new staff. They are very friendly. When ordering from drive-thru speaker you may have to speak louder and slower.
