I ordered a biggie bag (Double stack, fries, 4 nuggets and a drink). Everything was cold and old except the nuggets. This is the double stacked burger I was given. One patty burnt and old and the other wasn’t fully cooked. The fries were soggy and dark brown. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from this location.

Food smelled very weird I ordered fries and a burger my fries seem like they were warm and stale it has a funny smell to it and my burger also seem like it’s been sitting there something was definitely off also gloves are not being warn when dealing with drinks or food smh will be my last time coming here terrible.

About a month ago I ordered through the mobile app close to when this store is listed to close. I’ve known this location to close early on an occasion so I knew it was a gamble but I also know you can cancel your order in the app if something goes wrong. Got to the drive-thru before their closing time. Waited with the occasional “hello, are you still open?” for close to 5 minutes. Assumed they were closed and left but before doing so I cancelled my order in the app. Wasn’t a big deal until later when I found out they still charged my card anyway. Not only that but by the receipt said my order was finalized well after they closed. Not sure if that meant they closed my order out or if they were trying to say I picked up my order.
I contacted the number for customer service via email to ask for a refund. Received a copy/paste response with a coupon to help make up for the mistake. The coupon was for more than what my refund would be but I had two issues with this. One, the coupon had an expiration date of a month. Two, you have to use the entirety of the amount on the coupon or you lose the remainder. I don’t like that my “refund” has stipulations. I contacted them again letting them know I wanted a refund and not a coupon. Got another email from them letting me know they contacted the store in question and I’d hear back from the manager of that store shortly. Never heard back. This line of communication went back and forth for over a month where I’d contact the customer service person and they’d tell me that someone from the store would be in contact. I never heard from the store, I never got my refund and I never used the coupon. I had to go through my bank in order to have this resolved.
I really hate this because this location was my favorite Wendy’s in my town to go to. I was always met with good service and wonderful food but recently I’ve noticed a change in service and definitely a change in the food. I wasn’t even mad that they were closed but charging someone for food they didn’t receive and then giving a coupon that has rules behind its use seems wrong to me. I would much rather they give an option of the coupon or a refund and not force the decision on the customer or at the very least give a gift card option, one that doesn’t expire and one that the entirety of the card doesn’t have to be used in one order. I hope things get better at this location but as of right now I’ll be avoiding this specific location like the plague.

Today is January, 01.2026 & the last day I’ll ever come to this Wendy’s. I went to the drive thru & ordered a Double Dave’s burger with extra Mayo, Lettuce, & Tomatoes. I didn’t get any of their fries because they’re always cold, hard, or burnt & I don’t drink fountain drinks. After arriving home to eat my burger, I realized after the second bite how salty the burger was & wondering why is salt on the burger anyway. I had to get out of my comfort zone to go back to Wendy’s & get a remake. After asking for a receipt that was never giving, the cashier then asked how long ago I came there which was literally no longer than 15 mins. ago, Her & other staff members were doing continuous laughing & being totally disrespectful. It made me feel that they new about the burger & did it on purpose. I kept my cool even though my blood started boiling. I received my freshly made burger only to find out when I got back home, they didn’t add my extra Mayo, Lettuce, or Tomatoes. This staff is highly unprofessional, childish, disrespectful, rude, mean, nasty, & making this business lose customers. Hopefully in the future, Wendy’s can be very careful who they hire at their facility because if I ever get another half cooked burger that made me sick nearly catching food poisoning, I will sue the whole business and their staff. They didn’t even deserve a ⭐️, it was the only way I could write my review. Wendy’s, need to do better. This is a New Year & nobody not playing about their money or the food they eat. Learn how to respect others as they strive to support your business. Without us, you’re nothing, remember that!!!

While traveling, I stopped at Wendy’s to grab a quick breakfast. I saw the picture of the breakfast burrito and thought, why not? I ordered the sausage, egg, and cheese burrito combo with potatoes and a coffee. That’s when things started going downhill. The staff initially seemed confused about my order and mentioned that not many people ask for the breakfast burrito—which quickly became obvious once I tasted it. I’ve had plenty of breakfast burritos in my life, and this one made it clear they don’t make them often. It was poorly put together and honestly not good at all. I’ll cut them a little slack due to lack of experience, but it definitely missed the mark.
Now, credit where it’s due—the potatoes were actually on point. Unfortunately, that was the only highlight. The mocha iced coffee was absolutely undrinkable . If I hadn’t already been back on the road, I would’ve taken it straight back. It tasted like someone scooped some dirty toilet water with some burnt coffee, added chocolate frost, and stirred it up. Just awful. Absolutely horrible. I can forgive a bad burrito, but when I can’t even wash it down with my favorite part of the morning—coffee—that’s where I draw the line. I wouldn’t give that to my worst enemy.

Great Wendy’s restaurant at this location. I used the drive through, it was just after the dinner rush. There was one car in front of me and it took no time at all to place my order drive up pay for it and pick it up at the next window. The staff was friendly, courteous and very professional they were quick to give me everything that was in my order. My food was fresh and the appropriate temperature for the items I ordered. I have no complaints. Job well done putting my order together and getting me on my way.

No receipt, 1 napkin, cold wobbly fries, drink not filled up, asked for chili sauce. She hands it to me, its already torn open for me! Each burger had so mayo and ketchup on them, then smashed, wrapped with everything was on the outside of the bun! Gands covered in mayo/ketchup with each bite! Foil wrapper , sametgibg!! Remember, one napkin!!! It was used before we opened our food! We did not get our receipt!! Hopefully we didnt pay more then we should have!
Noise level,could heat because of the mower and blower by the drive thru.

Okay, today was the 3rd time I’ve been to this Wendy’s and it’s the last straw. First time going for the “hot and crispy” fries- they were greasy and soggy.
Second time, we went for 2 strawberry frosties. The drive through line was super long, so I went inside. There were workers all over, but NO ONE at the front register. The couple in front of me left, and one other guy (bless his heart) powered through standing in front of the registers for about 20 mins. No one even acknowledged us! Insane. I ended up going back to the car, ordering online using the app, and no one brought my stuff to the curbside pickup for orders. I had to walk back in and ask them to get my stuff, which they immediately did, but only after I flagged someone down.
This morning, was hoping 3x’s a charm. Completely empty drive thru. Ordered French toast sticks, which I’ve been looking forward to since they were announced. Pulled up, ordered, and waited so long. Like, I used to work in fast food. I know how long it takes to fry stuff. This took an absurd amount of time. When we got them, I had to roll down our windows because they REEKED of oil. It stunk so bad. I took one bite of each stick before deciding I was going to be sick from the sheer amount of oil on them. They didn’t even taste like egg or bread. Just oil. So nasty! Avoid this Wendy’s like the plague.

Terrible service. Ordered through the drive-thru, cashier didn’t confirm the order, and I was missing a meal and drink. When I asked them to fix it (with no cars in line), the cashier told me to drive back around and reorder. She even said her tooth hurt and she wasn’t “going back and forth” with me. The manager (Beasia) refused to give her name and walked away. Extremely unprofessional at 11:15 AM.
