This place does not know how to manage service. Multiple cars waiting in drive through for more than 15-20mins for no response and ended up driving off. No communication skills or how to take care of customers. It’s sad. They are basically collecting a pay check with no care.

Wow.
My wife and I hardly ever eat out yet alone Wendy’s and we won’t be going back. I ordered through the app after our baby appointment, through the app it allows you to select a certain amount of sauces per item, so I did, when we got our food I checked and politely asked the manager at the window for my other 2 sauces she abruptly refused and was borderline yelling at me at the window, she continues to tell me it will be 0.25 cents and politely told her I had chose them in the app, she interrupted me and proceeded to tell me she doesn’t know why it allows us to do that but we are only allowed 2 per meal (I ordered 3 meals and only had 2 sauces, she was refusing me 2 more), I asked politely why does it allow me to choose a certain amount then she proceed to speak rudely and loudly claim she doesn’t know and it doesn’t matter because it’s 0.25 cents or no sauce.
With a firm squeeze on my hand from my wife we decided to leave while I was still calm.
Whom ever the manager in blue (not wearing a name tag) was working the hours of 11am-12pm on the date June 26th, 25. They should be fired. She has 0 personality, 0 ability to dress appropriately, and 0 ability to speak calmly, politely, and respectfully to a customer, I would hate to see how she treats the employees.
Food can be crappy and saves my customers service
Food can be delicious and ruined completely by customer service. It’s 101 and not a very hard concept.
Side note food was good in the fast food way. But we won’t ever go back to this location due to management.
Who wants to pay the same price as a sit down restaurant and get yelled at through a window and still not even get what you ordered.

Overall just bad customer service. Between her being on her phone while attempting to take orders and being rude when simply asked for condiments (which is part of your job ma’am) wouldn’t go back. Especially with so many other fast food options right here. Everyone is entitled to a bad day,but it’s have a feeling this is just your attitude in general.

I just spent at least 20 minutes in drive thru, they failed to give me my order except the drinks, drove home only to drive back and pick up three meals then drove home and all the food had to be tossed in trash!!! I’ll never go there or recommend this place again

Food was ice cold, messed up the daves single 4 times, spent $18.50 this is the last time ill ever eat at this establishment. after the final burger was made wrong dad just ate it because he was hungry, he told them it was not the right ,they talked about him when he walked away you could hear them laughing about it. Dad took me here for my Veteran’s Day meal this ruined my day good job, fire them all

Honestly the worse wendy’s ever the service is so slow our food was cold after we waited 25 minutes and the fries looked old and nasty i recommend to never go to that wendy’s ever.

Just attempted to get food through the drive thru at this location. Waiting in line 10 minutes behind 2 other cars. Was informed to hold. Held for another 10 minutes after the car in front of me had already gotten their food and left. Said hello multiple times and was about to pull up when a different voice said that they would be back to assist. 5 minutes later we drove away from the drive thru because mcdonalds had nobody in line. NONEXISTENT SERVICE at Wendys.
