Tried a big combo from Wendy’s the triple with bacon, a Cinnabon, and a vanilla Frosty.
The Cinnabon was warm, sweet, and pretty satisfying. The burger had decent flavor and the quality is solid for fast food, but I think a triple is just too much meat. It kind of throws off the balance, and you lose some of the overall flavor because it’s just so heavy. Probably would stick to a double next time.
The vanilla Frosty was fine nothing amazing, just a classic sweet finish.
Overall: not bad at all, but I learned that bigger isn’t always better when it comes to burgers

I ordered the Son of Baconator and it slapped so freaking hard! Juan Cena was my server, and he really made me feel like I was at home enjoying my meal. The taste of the burger was voguish, and the bacon was strikingly fresh! Absolutely!!

I had dinner last night and the overall experience was very good. The fries were hot, the hamburger exactly as I ordered it and they have excellent sweet tea.
It looked like they were busy and slightly understaffed but my experience was good and it’s nice their dining room is now open.

My son and I went through the drive thur and ordered initially. It was very quick and our order was correct. I needed to respond to an email and he needed to use the restroom so we went inside. I have not been inside a Wendy’s in years. Wow, this location was completely updated and gave the atmosphere of lounge and gathering. I recommend this location for a meet up or an impromptu meeting of the minds.

I came to this Wendy’s an hour before they close they gave me cold And stale food. I came back to return it and I had bought an extra sauce and I let them know that I paid for an extra sauce that I used on the sandwich. They did not refund me for that sauce which they charged $.50 for which is absurd. And during that whole encounter the manager was rude and not apologetic at all. will not be back, You guys could use some new employees or teach the new ones customer service.

Time/date of visit 11/21/25 6:30 PM. This was by far the worst experience I’ve had at Wendy’s. The man on the headset at the drive thru window was rushing me through out my order. He kept asking “is there anything else” instantly after I finished one item instead of just letting me complete my order. He was incredibly rude and giving an attitude whilst I was making the order and I was audibly was shocked and confused why he was being so rude. Me and my girlfriend just came here in a rush because we were on the way to the botanical gardens and this was our first time coming to this location. My girlfriend was also shocked by how he was talking to me. Im assuming the guy in the window was having a bad day or something. Half of our order was messed up, so im not sure if they were taking out their anger on us or not. We ordered a 10 piece nugget and only got 6. My girlfriend order a burger with no ketchup or pickles and they still put ketchup on it. Also our fries were barley warm. Don’t come here if you want anything decent. I would never pay that much money to be given half my order and an attitude on the side. I would’ve went back to get a refund but we were already late to our reservation so we couldn’t come back. Finally, I just realized that the guy never gave me my receipt. So I couldnt even get my refund if I wanted it. Worst experience at a Wendy’s ever. Please hire more friendly cashiers. No one will do business here with that much attitude the second they place an order.

This Wendy’s always gets the orders right! Fernando, Dylan, and Michael do an amazing job running the place. One time I came in with a big order for my coworkers, and they made sure everything was perfect — fresh food, hot fries, and all the sauces ready to go. You can tell they really care about their customers. Great service every single time!

Came to Wendy’s today and Michael and Fernando were on point as always! I dropped my drink by accident and they immediately helped me out with a new one and even made sure my food stayed warm while I cleaned up . Super friendly and fast they really make this Wendy’s feel different from the rest. Thanks guys!
