The male employee with multiple earrings and the female employee with purple hair were very pleasant and provided excellent service. I went through the drive thru after a long day of work, and the two employees were very well mannered and fast to get me my food, which was fresh and delicious. Keep up the great work!

Imagine pulling up, paying for a large, and then being handed this half-empty joke. It’s pathetic. At this point, you’d be better off going to the bottom of your couch cushions — you’d probably find more fries there than what Wendy’s serves.
This isn’t just a mistake; it’s a habit. Your “large” fries are consistently small, your service is lazy, and it screams, “we don’t care.” Newsflash: if you can’t even fill a fry box, why should anyone trust you with the rest of their order?
Wendy’s — quit insulting people’s intelligence. Either start giving people what they pay for, or stop pretending you sell “large” fries. Right now, this is nothing but fast food fraud.

I wont ever eat at another Wendy’s again. I started eating my salad and it had mold on the cheese in my salad and I called the store for a week straight because I didn’t live in the area and they never answered the phone. The rest of my food I ordered was cold. Ridiculous! They pre-make the salads but you should still check the salads out before giving it to someone.

Hands down one of the WORST fast food experiences I have had in my life (no surprise it’s South Carolina). Responsiveness (lack thereof) was intense. Staff could not give me a straight answer to basic product information regarding burger cost and gave me the run around about this information. If staff can’t answer basic questions about burger size and cost, how can they be trusted to make good food. I would recommend that company management consider rehiring staff. 1/10

All the food ordered was old and reheated. Even the kids meal had nuggets that were old and looked to be heated multiple times. I frequent Wendy’s at least 3x per week at a different location and always get great food and service. People are the difference in quality, but this location needs better management to improve the product/experience.

A couple of nice features they have here, one ketchup on the table! Nice, I don’t have to get 8-10 little packs.
Two, they have a wash sink outside of the bathroom! So if the bathroom is tied up, you don’t have to wait if your just needing to wash your hands.

I have ordered quite a few times on the mobile app, I cannot suggest doing that order your food at the front counter or through drive-thru. The fries are cold disgusting, I don’t mean like just cold I mean like they’re hard and chewy. Most of the time they’ve gotten my order right so there’s a positive there. But the fries have been disgusting every single time it’s like they leave it for hours and it’s within 15 minutes of placing the order I’m there. They need to find a new way to store mobile orders on top of maybe not putting old fries and to orders. The burgers have been cold as well, but I can tolerate cold chewy burgers over hard unedible fries. Cold nuggets, goldberger cold fries within 15 minutes a it being prepared. If staff hadn’t been like super cool every time I’ve been I would have given this one. Went back even worse less food.

I visited this establishment around 10 pm on my lunch break. I spent a total of $32 for the burgers to be undercooked. I called to inform them of the issue, but no one answered the phone. I called the next morning just to be hung up on.
