Went there for wants of people with me. Food seems to get smaller and less tasteful with each visit. Certain locations also suffer more it seems. Service is fine, and we get what we pay for, I suppose.

We waited for like 30 minutes for our app order and then called to tell them we’ve been waiting for a long time and wondered why it was taking that long. They had an attitude and said they were cooking the burgers. Finally got our food (with attitude );and the food was cold. We got home and the burgers were not cooked fully. My husband called (more than once because they wouldn’t answer) and they offered to remake everything because they couldn’t refund. We went the next day and got everything remade and it was a little better.
The workers are not nice, they ignore their customers. We waited again for a long time but this time we were standing inside the restaurant. I noticed the workers were not wearing gloves when handling food and they didn’t have their hair pulled back walking around the food! Definitely not a very welcoming place! We will not go back there!

Came thru drive thru no one answered drive up behind anthr car set at drive 15min behind the car in front of me then the mngr gonna tell the girl at drive thru to tell me they close. Now how u close but tell me to drive around then she decided that I didnt have to then a car orders behind me and order food. Are u open r closed? Get food and had to ask for reciept. Look at food n its not what I ordered Really Wendy’s. 2 mngrs one employee with socks on hand somebody get Caring Mngrs and buy they lady some gloves

Good always cold never fresh, the workers act like they have a problem being at work. Always have an attitude especially the morning crew. This use to be by my favorite location, now I wouldn’t waste my time or money. If you like old food cooked twice go to this location.

This is such a cozy cute little Wendy’s. They have a fireplace with a cozy sitting area. The cashier who took our order was very helpful and sweet.

I don’t know what it is about this place, but they have always been friendly. I will drive out of my way to come to this Wendy’s. The one over by 28 is also extremely friendly but these people have it figured out.

Fancy soda machine out of service and team member said had been like that and no idea how to reset. Both burgers had wrong condiments. Dining room not clean. Table had loose edging. Will choose a different location when we visit again.

My boyfriend and I have always gone to this Wendy’s because of its proximity to the mall, and its proximity to my house. It is in the middle of my work commute, and I work at 7:30am. I checked the app to see if ordering was available and it said that it was, so I placed an order to pick up my breakfast. I sat in the drive thru line and no one answered so I went to the door. Their hours say 7:00am opening, and 6:30 for the drive thru. It was 7:08am at this point, and the door is locked. If I hadn’t mobile ordered, I would just turn and leave, but my card had already been charged— and I don’t eat at Wendy’s because I’m rolling in money. I called the store’s number, to which I received no answer the first time. I couldn’t cancel my order on the app, either. I tried to call again, and a lady picked up who continued to speak over me and tell me they weren’t open until 7:30. I tried to explain that that’s fine, but the app and the door said they were open and my car had already been charged. She wouldn’t listen so I just hung up, and tried to call the customer service line to cancel it— when I was also told I was calling outside of phone line operating hours but could email or text— which is not provided on the website. I left and went to work, and after ten minutes (7:18am) I received a phone call from the store telling me my order was ready if I still wanted it. I was already ten minutes away and needed to be at work sooner than 7:30 to open up on time (since that matters to some businesses!) and could not do a round trip just to pick up my food. She sassed me back and told me if I even wanted my food, she was just giving me an option. I really don’t want to be a Karen about this, since I worked in foodservice for quite a while until this March, and know she cannot do much to accommodate the situation at this point, but understanding that the business made the mistake and took my money because of it is important to address the issue. Wendy’s itself has failed to meet the bare minimum of customer service standards, and her attitude was not helping.

First time at this Wendy’s. We typically like a quick Jr. Bacon cheeseburger, however these were luke warm and not fresh.
