Editing my review for my second trip. Went today and got the bacon cheeseburger biggie bag. It’s extremely disappointing that Wendy’s has fell into the shrinkflation hole. The price went up, but the servings went down. Today my biggie bag which used to be five dollars with four chicken nuggets is now six dollars with three chicken nuggets. I guess in a month it’ll be seven dollars and two nuggets if they have their way.
Got the taco salad. First time in a long time. Definitely changed but not for the better. Serving size seems a lot smaller. And they don’t serve chips with them anymore. Bring back the chips at least. ☹️

The food and service was good. The only thing was my daughter received a bottle of chocolate milk that had already been opened! It was fixed with no problems but made us uneasy about coming back!

The workers here are awful. They have never once gotten my order right, and i have always been very specific, enunciated properly, and spoken loud enough. They just don’t care enough to listen and take the correct order. Definitely go to the other Wendy’s, not this one.

I don’t eat much fast food. But Wendy’s is my most frequent stop when I do. I’ve always ordered the spicy chicken sandwich combo and it always hits the right spot. Wendy’s stays consistent on the quality of the food, the freshness and temperature, and the promptness of service.

I waited 50 minutes for my food (Jr. Bacon Biggie bag) in the drive thru. I was not given a receipt or offered a refund or any way to make it right and got two double stacks and no sauce instead. Worst fast food experience I have ever had. I will never visit this location again.

I haven’t been going to this Wendy’s that much but the past 2 days ive stopped thru the drive thru and lowkey got attitude for the older woman taking the orders and working window. Just doing her regular job seems to have so irritated. I just got a honey butter chicken biscuit with extra honey butter and It tasted AND looked like I got less than normal. And when she asked for my drink I asked for a specific lemonade on the menu and she said yes with a stank attitude. like baby dont nobody wanna hear that at 8 in the morning and if you don’t wanna work please go home. The Wendy’s closer to Westside is so much more friendly

Unfriendly staff. ALL drive thru customers made to pull forward. Got us lined up around the building. Not the first time, but definitely the last!!!!

I stopped in for a quick lunch and first wanted to go to the rest room to wash my hands. I had to wait a couple of minutes because it was occupied. When the person came out it was actually a employee. I was disgusted by how the restroom was left. It was absolutely uncalled for. I was actually gagging. Need I say more. I actually left the building and will not be back. If an employee can leave that kind of mess and be okay with it. What about the food they serve? I wish I hadn’t been in such shock at the time. I would love to have added pictures here.

Not sure how 2 people who ordered at the window got there orders FIRST when I had placed mine through the app. Keep in mind they’re coming in BEHIND me. How long does it take to make an EGG????? Seriously first and last time I come to this location. Go to the one over on Main Street in front of the mall of Anderson. They are slow here at this location. Waiting 20 minutes for a bacon egg and cheese biscuit is CRAZY!!!
