Is drive thru ONLY. Last time there carne asada, no guac (my request) w/ tax $10.66 so it’s been long time. Complimented woman cook! Oil smelled so good, kindof like fritos? Heard chopping, served hot off the grill, perfect! I think staff changes. Another time it was precooked, taste wasn’t even close – so I stopped going. I tried same burrito for lunch today w/tax $11.15 No chopping, precooked, NO smell of fritos oil – my opinion, kindof off? Serving size adequate with juicy pico. Using cheaper oil has dashed my expectations of past deliciousness for good. Such a shame and wish I knew where that woman cook went.

Came in on recommendation from a person across the street who said the food was good.

The exterior isn’t the most welcoming as the sign is half gone and the parking lot is in need of some TLC but, I went in anyway because these things are not indicative of the food quality and the reviews talked about good food.

Ordering was easy and I chose the chorizo breakfast burrito and a fountain drink.

The restaurant was empty and in need of a mop and broom at the very least. No worries, I dont eat on the floor and the table tops were clean.

The burrito was … underwhelming. It was just so dry that not even the sauces helped add some moisture. Chorizo is a fatty sausage so I expected some greasiness and was severely disappointed.

The soda fountain had Pepsi Free so there’s that.

Would I return? Probably not, unless there was some sort of dystopia where this was the only place to get a burrito.

I think when you go to a place like Viva Burrito, you kind of know what you’re in for. Decent mexican food at a decent price. Nothing fancy but usually pretty good! I ordered delivery while at work, and the food arrived relatively warm and quick! I got the nachos and a chicken torta, and both were pretty good. The nachos are a huge portion of the price! About $13. The chips were fresh tasting and covered with cheese, pico, a big pile of beans, sour cream, and guacamole. It comes with carne asada and there’s no option for a different meat. I don’t know if it’s different when you go to the restaurant. The steak is a little dry but had a good flavor. The Chicken Torta wasn’t bad either. The chicken itself is a little bland, but the salsa I added really kicked up the flavor. The portion of meat was kind of disappointing. It made for bites that were just bread, thin slices of tomato, lettuce, and guacamole. The bread was delicious, though! Nicely toasted soft and fluffy! It’s not the best mexican food I’ve ever had but far from the worst. A decent choice for a late dinner when you don’t feel like the normal fast food choices.

2nd time here and there’s definitely a reason why we’ve came back. Steak breakfast burritos are really good. Edit: We came back for a 3rd time and dinner… My wife had the Super Papas and thought they were great. I had the Carne Asada taco combo. I’ve enjoyed everything I’ve eaten here so far. I highly recommend you check it out.

I like the carne asada burritos when I’m on the go but they forgot my guacamole! Very dry. Very upsetting. Customer service at the window was great though. Who ever is in the kitchen learn the menu! It’s already over priced! Please and thank you!

We ordered a torta for 11 bucks,it had a head of lettuce and very little meat.Street tacos were dry…not happy.Maybe they realized we were white people and decided we would be good with that.Because I brought a person from another country that works for me,and his was full of meat.Dont judge us and you can get more buisness…Just saying.Wont return and I work in this area all the time.If your white,go to Burger King…not here.Dont do it! No accomodations, food not up to par you would be better going to taco bell. Shut down while you can,no answers to reviews…what’s the purpose of getting better?? It’s terrible.

This is a drive thru only restaurant. I discovered it during Covid and have been there at least 2-3 times a month since. Affordable, quick tasty food. I almost always get the Chili Rellano platter cause it’s soooo good.

Looks a bit run down but the food is good. I normally go for a breakfast burritos or some tacos. Sometimes the tacos could be super oily.

Don’t be fooled by the exterior or location!! Great service and food!! They were remodeling the dining room last time I was in, so it may be take away or drive thru only at the moment.

I’ve been coming here for 5 years, never really had any complaints. However, my last visit, my burrito was nothing like it was before. Half tortilla with barely any fillings, and the potatoes tasted like dirt-y? Like dirt? I don’t even know, it just wasn’t good. Couldn’t even finish it
