Often understaffed leading to long wait times for the drive thru (which, due to the same reason, is sometimes randomly closed). They seem to only be capable of taking cash from the drive thru for some reason. ENORMOUS pothole just in front of the entrance to the drive thru; you won’t see it at night and it could easily wreck your tire. Light bulbs burned out inside and, generally exhausted workers who clearly seem to regret their life choices. Despite all of this, the food is still good!

Had the displeasure of watching the employees dance and twerk while I waited on food. Upon receiving it, I checked the bag before I left and noticed that I had cold fries and my sandwich wasn’t hot or warm in the slightest. I went inside the restaurant and asked for the manager. The employee whose name on my receipt was Aniya I spoke with her about my food being cold & wanting my money back was met with a terrible attitude & response from her. I will never go back to this restaurant again. Waste of time and money if you care about quality. The place reeks and needs to be torn down or remodeled in my opinion. Cant wait til conway gets better food options or at least some decent customer service.

Go to get a breakfast sandwich and there is a cone at the speaker can’t order go to window and told they are closed for breakfast until 10:30am. I have got many breakfasts before 10:30am in the past…. But No More I am done with Wendy’s

Currently in line at the ordering sign have been sitting here for 10 mins with 5 car behind me. Hire some people to work you cheap managers you are literally losing 100s of dollars an hour keeping it under staffed. You would make up the difference in revenue paying your people $20 an hour by just keeping the customers you have in line
