This morning is the second time I have arrived at 6:30 am to get breakfast and the store isn’t opened. I could see at least one employee peeking out a window at he drive through. I went back around to the order point and and somebody finally acknowledged I was there. I tried to order food and they Said something I didn’t understand.. tried again and then they said their “system was down” and they couldn’t take orders. My question is why didn’t they just make a sign and put it in the window and another on the entrance doors saying that instead of hiding in there and ignoring a customer.

I recently visited Wendy’s and had an exceptional experience. I ordered a Dave’s Single combo, a Double Baconator, and cheese fries. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious. The burgers were perfectly cooked with juicy patties and fresh toppings. The cheese fries were loaded and flavorful. Everything came out exactly as ordered. Wendy’s offers a variety of delicious burgers with consistent quality. The friendly service, fast preparation, and delicious meals make it my go-to for satisfying fast food burgers. Highly recommend Wendy’s for a fresh and flavorful burger experience.

Wanted a frosty so I pulled up on my bike at 11 at night cars wrapped around the building so I called and they said they’d bring it to the door no hesitation. I’m expecting a 20 minute wait but no bam they was out in 2 minutes with a spoon and napkins. Now that’s customer service you can’t find that at McDonald’s. 5 stars would definitely recommend. Workers deserve a raise.

This location just lost my business. Every time I order a small combo, they won’t give me a receipt and give me a medium drink. Each time they refuse to replace the drink with a small, even though that’s what I ordered. The one in chesterfield never gives me this problem.
