My mom sister and I stopped in for dinner as we were traveling to the beach. The restaurant was clean and employees were very friendly. The only problem we had was the buns are always cold. I just left a review at a different Wendy’s for the same thing. Is that a Wendy’s thing? Overall I still gave it a 5 because it was so clean. We really do like Wendy’s. It’s a lit better than McDonald’s in our opinion. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️great job!

Nice clean and new Wendy’s right off 501 with easy entry be it north or south. Inside clean with nice folks. Ordered two $3 Jr Baconator and a Chile both fresh and good. However, if you are expecting the Baconator that you buy at a Wendy’s to look anything like the one on TV, get ready for disappointment, it isn’t the same looking. Regarding this place, If you’re on the road this is a good stop.

We were moving and stopped in for a quick lunch. We found the store empty with few employees. But we saw a manager emptying trash cans in the lobby. There was liquid all over the floor at the napkin/lids/condiments area. The self serve drink machine was very splashed and dirty. We waited for the manager to finish with the trash, wash her hands and then complain about no towels to dry them. She used napkins. We waited for our food at the counter area, were we saw live roaches crawling and killed them. All the tables-every one of them were dirty when we got our food, but we chose a nit bad table to clean and ate our food. Only the fries were hot. Sad we can not find people to work anymore.

I’m not quite sure how one can really ruin fast food but this branch definitely managed to do that. The burgers were stone cold. With very little mayo and ketchup it was cold and blend at the same time so congratulations for this rare combination but interestingly things did not end here. Coke zero was also bad in that. It tasted like sparkling water. I understand it’s tough working at the Wendy’s I respect the people who work here, but this particular one’s is one that I will definitely avoid at all costs.

Service is terrible! Two people in line and two cars at the drive up with four people working inside and they could not take our order. All four employees a knowledge our presents but would not come over and take our order. The bone woman with glasses looked like the manager and looked at us several times but let us stand there. We left and went to McDonald’s. Good luck with that business.

Everytime I have visited this restaurant it seems noone is concerned about the customer standing at the counter or waiting at the speaker in the drive thru. It also seems noone is in a hurry, they move at their own pace. The mentality is “you chose our place so you can wait on us”

I bought breakfast for me and my children right before work on a Thursday morning and the sandwiches were stale and the Cinnabons were hard. My son kept crying trying to place his fork in the Cinnabons. Such a disgrace! The sandwiches tasted old and they had oil in them. Please stop serving old food!!

I was presently surprised how nice this Wendy’s was decorated for fall. Staff was pleasant and was extremely clean, even the restrooms were sparkling! Good job!
