Been to plenty of Firehouse Subs and this one was just a great.
Sandwich was excellent just like you would expect and the staff were on point and welcoming. Great place for a quick bite, clean and welcoming.

Never been to Firehouse Subs before. I live in Beavercreek, and there is no Firehouse Subs out here, but later on in the evening on New Years day (just a few hours ago) I drove out to the Far Hills location, as I’d been wanting to try their Subs.
Anyway – I did, and it wasn’t bad.
I had their limited time ‘French Dip’ Sub, and it was pretty good.
I’d been looking for an alternative to Subway, because Subway isn’t as good as they used to be, or at least the Subway here in Beavercreek isn’t anyway.
So I tried ‘Jimmy John’s’ out here in Beavercreek, but I wasn’t blown away by them either! Jimmy John’s wasn’t bad, but I just wanted to try Firehouse.
Anyway, I chatted with the Firehouse employees who were working there this evening, and they were very friendly.
So I checked out their menu, and they had some interesting items on it – I’ll be back!

Oh yeah – One more thing – please open a Firehouse Subs out here in Beavercreek. I mean, there’s every other Sub shop out here already, but from what I’ve been told, your location near UD is a hit with the College crowd there – so why not open one on Col.Glenn – across from Wright State University? I think you guys would see some good business there. Just a thought.

I really like their food when it’s made right. Staff is not familiar with their products. Not only was the order wrong it was placed in the door dash bin after completion while I sat in the lobby waiting. I was not dashing , I ordered in the resturant and was waiting for my order. It was way to long to wait and then to have several things wrong with the order. The staff was playing around and had gotten other orders wrong also. 1 staff person was on their personal phone (earbud) the entire time just talking like they weren’t at work, which I am sure contributed to the mess up of several orders. Staff needs more training. Less playing, double check orders. The tiny cup of salad dressing is a joke.

Ordered my food via Firehouse Sub app. Which Madison shift leader says went thru Uber Eats and I needed to contact them for a refund not Firehouse! She argued with me for 20 minutes on the phone! She had the order that I was supposed to get, but it was not made that way. Both sandwiches were cold suppose to be hot one with everything on it, the other wheat bread extra cheese turkey and lite mustard and a pickle on the side. I was told I had to go to Uber Eats to get a refund, well there is no way to contact them! Also told to call the 800 number on there website, no one to answer phone on weekends! Needless to say I’m out money, had a nasty sandwich to eat and my husband sandwich was cold too! Madison there was nothing she could do about it!
I think this is totally wrong, poor customer service, and it will be a while before I go back! I won’t hold my breath waiting on store manager or owner to call me.

First time I went there. App was easy to use and has a first time user discount. Food was hot and fresh and tasted great. Clean restaurant and good, fast service. Will go there again.

This was my first time trying Firehouse and it was definitely a great choice! The food was amazing, it was fresh and made exactly to my liking. I have found my new favorite sandwich place and now has a costumer for life .

It’s pretty bad Saturday evening only one person inside eating a sandwich. Nobody else is there. I am a customer walk in to buy a foot-long meatball sub. That was all they told me the weight would be 15 minutes before they could get to me because they were trying to catch up with Uber orders
I’m sorry, but I thought customer service really sucked as me driving here to place my order in person to be told 15 minute wait because they need to catch up on orders placed on phones ,
What happened to good ole customer service in person.
I normally don’t complain, but this is my second time I have walked out two Saturdays in a row

I used to frequent this place about once a week for several years, but last few visits have left a lot to be desired. Not sure if management changed within the last year. Waited an hour for an online order that was supposed to be complete in 15 minutes. Last several visits have been like this. Will probably never come back.
