With fast food it’s either hit or miss but this was surprisingly good for Wendy’s. The portions were large and everything was hot and quick. The people were super friendly with us as well. Almost forgot to take a picture! Had to get one half way through

Came to get our food and when something wrong with the order we addressed it kindly and the lady with the lipstick tattoo on her neck replied rudely “You never said which one you wanted” and asked “Can you just give it back!” Luckily the white lady was nice and kind and apologized for the mistake. We get home and one of our order is wrong we will not come back to this Wendy’s again, rude staff expect the one white employee who apologized for the mistake

I wouldn’t of even gave this Wendy’s 1 star if I didn’t have to in order to leave a review. What is wrong with the employees in this place?!?! We just left the drive thru. All we got was baconator fries and a $5 biggie bag. All of the food was cold. And the nuggets look like they have sat all day. They didn’t put the fries that go in the biggie bag in the bag. When they handed my husband our food she says here ya go and walked away from the window. She didn’t give us our change either and my husband tried to call for her and he honked the horn and she acted like she couldn’t hear. I know she heard him thinking the horn. So they just get to keep our money and can’t even give us hot food. I know it’s fast food but they could of at least gave it to us hot. I don’t get my change back and I got to crumble up my own bacon on my baconator fries

This is the food we got tonight. 20$ for spoiled brown smelly lettuce, hard chicken, no bacon we paid extra for, no fries and everything that comes with a taco salad wasn’t even in the bag.

Staff was nice. Sweet tea unsweetened. Fries and chicken nuggets were dark and this told me that they had not cleaned the fryer recently at all. All the tables were dirty. Toliet paper rolls were not mounted and on floor. Seen a “staff member” go outside for a break and then come back inside and start to prepare food before washing hands. I think for hygiene purposes this is a good location to avoid.

They told me my total was 5.50 I gave my card over and tell me why she tried to run my card for over $8 not once BUT TWICE and she kept repeating its 5.50 I then show her my phone saying my venmo only has like 7 on it and magically it fixes it to run for the correct amount??? Like I have just seen my phone has 2 notifications of 8 something being denied. I will only ever put just a bit over my total on that card just because I never know if they give the tax on it or not before pulling to the window. So now for safe measures I locked that card and requested a new one because thats WEIRD.
