I wouldn’t of even gave this Wendy’s 1 star if I didn’t have to in order to leave a review. What is wrong with the employees in this place?!?! We just left the drive thru. All we got was baconator fries and a $5 biggie bag. All of the food was cold. And the nuggets look like they have sat all day. They didn’t put the fries that go in the biggie bag in the bag. When they handed my husband our food she says here ya go and walked away from the window. She didn’t give us our change either and my husband tried to call for her and he honked the horn and she acted like she couldn’t hear. I know she heard him thinking the horn. So they just get to keep our money and can’t even give us hot food. I know it’s fast food but they could of at least gave it to us hot. I don’t get my change back and I got to crumble up my own bacon on my baconator fries

Around 3:59 pm on August 9, 2023. I purchased a Medium Sweet Tea at the drive thru. It cost $2.74. Once I gave the cashier $5.00 she gave me $1.74 in change. I then asked for a receipt. She gave me a receipt that was cut off by the register. She was supposed to give me $2.26 in change. I left the drive thru before I could figure out what was on the receipt. This is not the place I will come back and spend another cent.

Went to this Wendy’s on the way home from Litchfield Beach. Very disappointed. I walked up to counter the employee just stares at me. So first item I ordered was a chili, she replied the chili’s not ready yet. (it’s 1oclock in the afternoon). Then ordered a diet soda was given regular sprite. Then when our order was ready the employee screams its ready now! We were the ONLY guest in the restaurant. She could’ve whispered and we would have heard her! And then the burgers were pink in the middle. So really truly a horrible stop at Wendy’s! Sad considering we always look for a Wendy’s on our way home from the beach. But definitely will not stop at this one again, and don’t recommend at all. (The bathrooms were dirty too for no one to be in the restaurant.)

Older lady working drive thru wit a thin ponytail and thin edges has a horrible attitude I asked for a straw she snatched it back instead of saying the papers torn let me get you another. it’s not what you say but how you say it . She didn’t know how my day was goin or how I could’ve reacted to her poor professional behavior I drove off with out a straw I’ll drink from the cup . No time for disrespect from where im spending my money

Myself and 4 other people walked in together and the woman behind counter said loudly you can just go out I am going home and closing. This was 4:25 in the afternoon. Won’t be going back. Terrible
