I rarely eat out! So when I do, I expect it my order to be correct. The only thing good about this experience was the guy who took my order at the Drive-Through. Not only was he Very courteous and friendly, but he was the best thing about my Entire Wendy’s experience Today. My fries were cold And very , setting for hours! I ordered A burger with only light mayonnaise and pickles my bad for not checking before I left. The fries We’re absolutely awful! There Were no pickles on my bun, The meat appeared to be old and dry. So I get out of the Vehicle and go inside Which totally defeated the whole drive-through purpose! Andnot to be greeted in a friendly manner. The person that greeted me just stared at me and I said yeah I just went through the drive-through and everything is wrong. even my chicken nuggets was cold but at that point, I just wanted to get the Two fixed and go home. So he Gives me more fries out of the same batch which was cold and nasty. I Already asked him When I first came up to the counter carrying in my bag too, please drop a fresh batch which he did not. Actually came over for me to taste one of the old nasty ones once again and then I asked once again drop a new batch please I was being very curious he still did not say word to me. everyone in their appeared to have attitude except the person taking orders. Finally, I got a fresh batch of fries dropped And the guy re-making my burger came Upfront and asked me how did I want it? I said, light, mayo, and pickle only. Before I left, I checked it and There was so much mayonnaise on my little tiny junior burger. It took three napkins to get all of it off and you couldn’t even see the two little tiny shriveled pickles. I guess you get what you pay for that’s why it was six dollars And change! I would’ve rather went home and Just ate a TV dinner than dealt with the attitude and the crappy food! it’s a shame when I used to eat out a lot of years ago that was my go to place this Wendy’s On University Road!I will never go there again!

Reasonable level of customer service and speed of service for 11pm at night. The baked potato, chili, burger were decent. Fries, ok. My chicken patty was absolutely rock hard. I am not even being overly dramatic about it either!!! I would not doubt it if someone told me they found it on the ground and decided to use it instead of cooking a fresh one. I would have waited!!!!

I ordered a breakfast baconator combo before heading to work. They told me they needed to finish my sausage before they gave me my food, so they made me wait 17 minutes before giving me my food. Without the sausage. And it was cold. Either the place is understaffed or the staff don’t care, though probably both. I’d recommend going literally anywhere else

Wendys: Please higher people that can count, or at least remember the order.
Bought a 4 for 4 (now 6$), received 2 french fries (both were cold), 3 nuggets, a sandwich and 1 small soda (asked for large).
When asked could get a receipt? I was told Huh? “Receipt not working….”

I went there a few months ago and I must say I have never been so insulted in my life. Firstly, I had to wait over 20 minutes for my drive-through order. I pulled up to the window to Pay for my meal and I have never been so insulted and disappointed by this girl’s behavior. For context, I was wearing my scrubs. I had just gotten off work. I handed this young lady my debit card and she looked at it and said Word for Word. “Mhm Looking at this card I bet you there’s no money on it, especially with you wearing scrubs” Like excuse me, you have got to be kidding me! She said this in front of her boss, who was too busy, stuffing her mouth of food. If I hadn’t just worked a 12 hour shift, I would’ve walked inside and handled her myself. She shoved me a card and receipt into my car and slammed the window. I have not been back since

I’ve come here for breakfast and the service was awesome. I really enjoyed the little old lady that help me at the window. But coming here for lunch is a different situation. It’s like nobody working here reads or cares about the customer. I use the mobile app because I figure you can’t get it wrong if my order in the app. But I was wrong. I had no sauce for my nuggets, no ketchup for the fries, and my sandwich was missing the bacon.

I’ve rarely experienced such disrespect while simply ordering food. The elderly lady at the register was shockingly rude. Her attempts at humor came off as condescending, treating customers like they’re clueless. She’s truly a black mark on the team. If your staff includes someone with that kind of attitude, maybe they shouldn’t be the first point of contact at the register.

I waited in a long line only to watch cars drive away. That should’ve been my que to leave as well, but I had a taste for some spicy nuggets. I finally drive to the speaker only to wait another 3 minutes. When I said, “HELLO!” I was greeted with an “OH! my bad”. I asked for a spicy nugget combo and a baconator combo with NO cheese and NO sauce. To my surprise when I got home, I bit into cold stale nuggets and a double burger(I asked for a single) with cheese on it. I will NEVER go back to this establishment again. Oh, and if I wouldn’t have asked for my other drink, they would’ve let me drive off without it. Attention to detail is what this place needs along with fresh food!

Slow slow slow slow and slow!!!!! It ridiculous no matter what time of day you go to this particular Wendy’s location you will be waiting a long time. Its no point in using the mobile app to order ahead. You would think they are actually cooking food how long it takes!!! Fast food is just simply warming precooked food items
