This is my favorite Waffle House! The server, Ree, with the bright red hair gave the best service I’ve ever had. She navigated me through the menu and had this guy eatin good in a matter of minutes. With food this delicious, and service as excellent as Ree’s, I’ll definitely be returning! 5 Stars!

Come here a lot. Never tired of the food. Basic nutrition. Don’t forget to “scattered, smothered, covered, diced, chunked, and/or peppered,” top that with gravy or some chili More nutrition, more yummy, Ask an employee if its alright to bring some of your own sauce. I got lucky and have a dollar store next to my Waffle House, so I bought some medium picante sauce and used it on my hash browns. Made all the difference in the world. Cooks make “to order.” They are also management. Many of the female servers know me by name and know what I like on my hash browns. Its taken about 6 months to a year to establish myself as a regular. My favorite shifts that are a “tie,” is second shift first, then first, but no offense, both are quality and good service. Store is clean at all the slower times. Bathroom checks are a standard. Professional at taking orders over the phone, and good service for takeout orders. “Hope” and the first shift cooks are excellent. “Jason” is a good cook, ive gotten to know some of the third shift and have had some pretty good experiences. Can’t forget my second shift fam: thanks Taylor, Elizabeth, Farrah. Just about anyone who works with them will be brought up to a higher standard. And “hello” to anyone else that I haven’t mentioned. Pricing is fair.

I placed an order online for myself and kids. I did not check my order, my own fault, I had to get to work. When I got to work, I opened my order and realized that half of my order was missing. This was a HUGE inconvenience seeing how I had to take my kids to work with me and this was their breakfast. Not to mention I paid over $40 for 3 people. This is completely unacceptable.

Have had breakfast here a few times and it’s always on point! Coffee is always hot and the food is delicious! The waffle is my personal favorite! But the hash browns covered in cheese and onions is 10/10! Will always go back to this location!

I just ate there (5538 platt springs road) last night and a couple hours later, I was throwing up all over the place. It made me really sick. I had the All-Star breakfast. Pretty much as soon it was out of my body. I felt fine again. I don’t recommend eating there.

They put onion in my hashbrowns I added to my cheesesteak. I did not add onions to my hashbrowns, the cheesesteak asks if you want to keep the onions or hold the onions. I said keep. Then selected add double hashbrowns with no modifications. Daughter got home with meals and there’s onion all throughout the hashbrowns and neither are cooked all the way.
