I don’t normally write reviews until it warrants one and usually that’s a good review. I also haven’t eaten fast food in a year or so. I didn’t know how horrible customer service has become in that time. I understand if a place isn’t staffed and how stressful that can be on the staff. Is that enough to sacrifice customer interaction and service? I drove up to place an order and was greeted with “hold on” and waited for about 7-8 minutes. Then this person can back on the mic and ask “ what’s your order” and I responded calmly. I drove up after ordering and didn’t want to mess with anyone handing my food! I then paid and was told to drive up for my order. There was about 3 staff members inside, all look to be in their 20’s. I drove up and waited another 7-8 mint for 3 tenders. There was one person behind me in the drive through and no cars in the parking lot. The place was empty at 1:40pm. I am not sure this if this is the new normal or it’s just my luck! I would not recommend this Wendy’s location and the food has gotten to the point it looks horrible and let’s just say I am glad I don’t order anything more that 3 tenders cus I wouldn’t feed that to my dogs, let alone eat it myself!

Girl on the intercom was having a bad day or something. I asked for a $4 biggie bag. She said they didn’t have that. I said ok can I get the $4 biggie bite. Which is my fault I reworded it. She kept saying they didn’t have or sell biggie bags. It’s on the menu btw After twice I just said “scratch that can I just get the $6 biggie bag. It’s like she’s was listening to other conversations and got mad that I wanted to get my food. She proceeds to huff and puff in the mic and then mutes herself and passes me on to someone else. I got my food and there was hair in the nuggets and no sauce. I go back around and show the hair and tell them I have no sauce. The girl in the back says I put sauce in the bag. Which she did not. It was very rude from the start. I’m just tryna eat before my shift shoulda left when she was huffin in the mic

I asked for a refund a week ago because they didn’t have what I ordered on the app and wouldn’t give me anything else and still haven’t gotten it back on my card, they’ve been out of basic things like chicken nuggets for two weeks straight minimum and I never get good service and hardly get good food. I love Wendy’s and this one is closest to me but it sucks. Employees are lacking, even the managers. I’ve worked at Wendy’s and I know that’s not the standard. Do better.

Had to give this location a 5 star all around, very friendly workers, not showing a bit of resentment that a customer has come in, they actually gave off the feeling of appreciation and delight. Very fast service, didn’t have to wait in line, like you usually have to, cause the workers don’t want to interact with customers. Fast and efficient, when it came to food prep and hand off, it took no longer than 2 minutes since we ordered the food to have it given to us. This was also one of the only locations that had the pretzel buns; each time I’ve gone to Wendy’s in the past, they never had it, this includes many Wendys up and the east coast. You’d think that food gotten to you within minutes of placing the order would be bad, but no, it was perfectly made.

If you’re wondering why you have to sit in the drive thru for a long wait…..well this picture tells you everything you need to know. Sat for 28 mins waiting on some chicken nuggets that were cold. This is crazy work. I wanna get home, I wanna play on my phone…..but I can’t because you are at work! Excellent job. This picture will be uncropped and sent to corporate.

This was probably one of the worst Wendy’s I’ve been to. The food was cold, fries were soggy, and the soda was flat. The employees were having a great time talking and laughing in the back but were slow to help customers.

The service was friendly. I was greeted when I approached the counter. The cashier was very patient while taking my order. Regarding the atmosphere, I think the dining area was not inviting. Some tables and chairs needed cleaning. One of the stalls in the bathroom needed cleaning. The food was “ok” it didn’t leave me with the thought “this is a good sandwich”. Perhaps, I was disappointed because of my expectation and Wendy’s advertisement of how good their food is.

I’ve been to this Wendy’s a few times and every time I am disappointed. Last time I went my food was cold and English muffin was like it came out the fridge. This time my burger appeared to be from the day before. The wait time is always over 10 mins and customer service just simply isn’t there. I hope management does better

Food is decent but got half of our order of fries lol. Super worth the $3. Frosties were completely melted as well. Make the orders like you’re making them for yourself and you’d get better reviews ‍♀️
