The manager at this location won my heart over! I ordered a large Mac and cheese and didn’t receive it, it happens on a Saturday night! I came back in with the receipt and was quickly given my side and a smile, with an apology. I told him it was truly no issue and I was happy to get my food. When I looked in the bag, a bonus apple pie! So sweet. Such a small thing that made me feel like this location was so worth it! Thank you!

We got the 12 piece menu and the food was mediocre. Coleslaw and French fries were really good. Kids liked everything. Orders were ready in a few minutes. It was nice to try but won’t be craving it at all.

I’m writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the experience I had at one of your locations. During my visit, not only was my order incorrect, but the staff member who served me — a young Hispanic woman — was extremely rude and unprofessional throughout the interaction. She raised her voice at me when I tried to calmly explain that my order was wrong, and instead of resolving the issue, she became even more disrespectful. I left the restaurant feeling disrespected, unheard, and frankly shocked at the lack of basic customer service.
I expect more from a well-established brand like Popeyes. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that steps are taken to address staff training and professionalism at this location.

Every time I go to this location it’s always something . I paid for a 4 piece combo and received a 3 piece. The only reason I didn’t check the order is because I was the only car in line. I try to avoid this location because my order is always short of something. They need to pay closer attention to what they are doing.

This was just given to me at the baseline location in Little Rock. I called the manager to explain the situation and she refused to take responsibility by saying everything comes packaged up. Unfortunately I didn’t check my food before I left because police were everywhere at the nearby Walmart so I just wanted to leave the area! PLEASE BE CAREFUL EATING HERE!
